這個個案是關於一位三十多歲的女士 ,她最主要是右邊的臀部會痛,右邊的腹股溝會痛還有雙腳有少少麻痺, 大髀的位置也會拉緊, 可能是因為大家也在家工作, 長時間坐可能覺得是腰部反射痛至臀部的位置 . 她這些投訴其實很多時候 腰背痛反射痛到臀部的位置, 最主要的症狀是晚上睡覺的時候就越嚟越痛, 當她躺平身體的時候 就覺得很痛尤其是越來越近來經的時候或者是大便的時候 就開始臀部感覺痛就越來越多, 還有腹股溝的拉扯及有痛的感覺. 這些情況如果 我們當她一般的腰背痛去醫治其實很多時候 我們會忽略其它的病症而引起她的腰背痛. 立即去片了解 !!

This case is about a 30 years old female, she had right buttock and right groin pain. Both of her legs felt numb and her thighs felt tight. It could be due to working at home and sitting for long hours.She thought maybe it was her lower back tightness that affected her buttock. Since she is a 30 years old female, her complains were very common that we seen everyday. Prolong sitting could radiate the pain from her lower back to her buttock. She told me her pain getting worse when sleeping. When she lay flat on the bed, it would be very painful, especially during her period or having bowel movement, her buttock felt excruciating pain.
