今天我想跟大家說下頸椎誘發的頭痛. 其實頭痛也有很多原因, 可以在腦裡面的腫瘤影響頭痛, 可能是腦裡面的血管收窄影響頭痛. 最常見病人來求診的頭痛是頸椎的原因. 都是因為我們的姿勢不正確, 會傾前例如看電腦和低頭看電話. 其實我們的頸椎就會過勞, 肌肉就會很繃緊的. 所以有些神經線可能因為頸椎的錯位壓住神經, 也有機會是椎間盤壓住中樞神經引起頭痛的. 病人的徵狀就會是這個位置像一個橡筋帶箍著整個頭.....

Today I want to talk about cervicogenic headache. There are many causes for headache. Brain tumor can cause headaches. Or headaches caused by narrowing of blood vessels inside the brain. The most common cause of headache is from cervical spine. This is often because of incorrect posture
When we hunch forward using computers or looking at phone. Our neck muscle will be overused and tightens. Nerves get compressed due to misalignment of the cervical spine. Also cervical disc protrusion compress the cord. Patient might feel the symptoms at these area, feels like a rubber band around the entire head....
