白灼秋葵 (粵式酒樓菜在家搞定) Scalding Okra (Cantonese restaurant dishes at home)
原材料:
秋葵 300g
小葱1根
大蒜3瓣
姜3片
香菜3根
干辣椒2g
干花椒2g
糖1茶匙
醋1茶匙
酱油3茶匙
食用油1汤匙
小贴士:
1. 秋葵的蒂要全部切掉
2. 烫好的秋葵要马上放入冷水中,口感才会爽脆

green onion 1
garlic 3 pieces
ginger 3 slices
cilantro 3 pieces
dried chili peppers 2g
dried Szechuan peppers 2g
sugar 1 teaspoon
vinegar 1 teaspoon
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
cooking oil 1 tablespoon
Tips:
1. Cut the base of the okra off
