今天分享的是經典料理馬鈴薯泥與紅蘿蔔泥,有時候很常在餐廳吃到用粉泡的馬鈴薯泥,雖然口感很細緻,但就是少了一種洋芋的香味,今天來分享如何簡單製作經典馬鈴薯泥,同場加映簡單也美味的薑味紅蘿蔔泥,都可以當作配菜使用

食譜:
1.馬鈴薯300g
2.奶油 75g
3.熱鮮奶75g
4.鹽-適量
5.荳蔻粉-適量

作法:
1.將馬鈴薯洗淨,蒸到刀子可以插進去的軟度
2.將馬鈴薯去皮後切塊,過篩
3.過篩時要注意只能用按壓的,避免馬鈴薯泥出筋,影響口感
4.將過篩後的馬鈴薯泥放入鍋內小火加溫
5.先加入奶油後攪拌到馬鈴薯將奶油吃進去
6.在加入熱鮮奶攪拌到馬鈴薯將水份完全吃進去
7.馬鈴薯泥太乾時可以適量多加一些鮮奶調整
8.最後加入鹽與荳蔻粉調味

recipe:
1. Potato 300g
2.Cream 75g
3. 75g of hot fresh milk
4. Salt-moderate amount
5. Cardamom powder-moderate amount

practice:
1. Wash the potatoes and steam until the softness of the knife can be inserted
2. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, and sieve
3. When sieving, pay attention to only pressing, to avoid the tendons of the mashed potato, which will affect the taste
4. Put the sifted potato mash into the pot to heat
5. First add the cream and then stir to the potato to eat the cream
6. Add the hot milk and stir until the potatoes have completely eaten the water
7. When the mashed potato is too dry, you can add more fresh milk to adjust
8. Finally add salt and cardamom powder to taste
