
Agar-agar Coconut Recipe | 椰子燕菜糕食谱
This Coconut Agar-agar Jelly is very easy to make. You can also buy these coconut jelly from the supermarkets in Malaysia. I used a standard ratio of agar-agar powder to liquid. So the texture is quite firm. If you prefer softer jelly, you can reduce the agar-agar powder by 1-2 grams. Also, if you prefer more elastic and bouncy jelly, you can use jelly powder instead of agar-agar powder.
I didn't add any sugar. My husband says adding more sugar will taste better :P . But if you are sugar conscious like me, then you can opt for no sugar!
Ingredients:
2 fresh coconut (measure the coconut water) 900 ml
9 grams agar-agar powder/jelly powder
