2.中筋麵粉/All-purpose flour 200g
3.鹽/Salt 2g
4.砂糖/Sugar 16g
5.冰水/Ice water 96ml
6.無鹽奶油/Unsalted butter 80g

蛋液/egg liquid:
1.蛋黃/Egg yolk 2each
2.全蛋/whole egg 1each
3.砂糖/Sugar 60g
4.鮮奶油/Fresh cream 200g
5.牛奶/Milk 100g
6.香草精/Vanilla extract 適量
