Simple Cabbage Salad Recipe -
4 cups shredded cabbage
For the dressing -
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon or yellow)
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until emulsified. Pour over cabbage and toss. Refrigerate for about 1 hour and enjoy.
