Sago Gula Melaka is a popular traditional Malaysian dessert. It is a Sago Pudding enjoyed with Gula Melaka syrup and coconut milk. I wanted to make something different so I came up with this Sago infused with Gula Melaka combined with Gula Melaka Jelly. If you like sago and gula melaka, do give this dessert a try!
Ingredients 材料:
Sago layer:
150 grams sago 150克西米
100 grams gula melaka or palm sugar 100克马六甲糖或棕榈糖

50 ml water 50毫升水
2 pandan leaves 2-3片香兰叶
Jelly Layer:
5 grams agar-agar powder 5克燕菜粉
