Soutien à la FPH pour ce pas de géant accompli, la reconnaissance du statut de Paysan·ne Herboriste et tout ce qui en découle !

Hello, the world of horticulture in France today is in search of recognition.
We have a value to bring to society, we know it, we live it every day by educating,
by accompanying people towards a better being.
And our raw material, the one that we shape to give our advice,
we the practitioners, is the plant.
The beautiful plant, well cultivated, well picked, well dried.
And to provide us with this plant, we need living artisans.
These artisans are pickers, they are herbivorous peasants,
they do a huge job, they scratch their hands, they break their backs for us,
and the worst part is that they love it.
And they don't do it to fill their pockets,
often it's just to pay the bills,
because the professions, well we don't look too much at the wallet,
nor do they scratch them in the fingers.
So these artisans, through the Federation of Herbivorous Peasants,
which has done a titanic job,
have obtained the registration of the title of herbivorous peasant at the RNCP.
The RNCP is the national repertoire of professional certifications,
and that's great news.
What does that mean?
Well, it means that the title officially exists,
that it is recognized by the state,
and that it will soon be possible to follow training to obtain this title.
So the training will be conventioned by the FPH,
because the FPH has also submitted what is called a reference of skills,
which will serve as a basis for the creation of these programs.
The title can also be obtained by the VAE,
what is called the VAE, that is to say,
Validation of the Achievements of the Experience,
for those who are already in activity.
So this is a first step,
but some countries that are much more open than us,
in the world of herbivory,
might consider this as an ant step.
So at first I said to myself,
no, no, it's not a good image for us,
it's more of a giant step.
And then I thought of all these producers,
and I think the image of the ant is excellent,
given the work they do.
So yes, we will go one step at a time.
So for us who depend on herbivorous peasants,
whether we are transformers, shopkeepers or practitioners,
we must support them.
Personally, I adhere to the federation,
I buy very often from herbivorous peasants,
and I also regularly send my clients,
the people I accompany, home.
They have to be made to work,
because the title is valid for three years.
Beyond three years,
it will be necessary for it to be extended.
And to do this,
it will be necessary for the FPH to be able to show
that this title meets a real need.
So they have to work,
they have to be able to sell and live on it too.
In any case, friends of the FPH,
bravo for everything you have done,
courage for everything that remains to be done.
And if you are not a herbivorous peasant
and you want to go further,
get in touch with the FPH,
which will provide you with all the information.
