Hello everyone and welcome to the health practice workshops for a better shape on a daily basis and today we are going to see a little video to warm up.
It's winter, it's cold, we don't want to get out of bed.
We can go out quietly by doing small morning routine exercises.
You know how much I love health routines.
There is nothing like having and installing small daily rituals.
I put the playlist of daily rituals here.
You can come here, you can get inspired, you can create one too.
Do not hesitate to subscribe to my newsletter because on my newsletter I talk about much broader topics around health.
It's totally free and you get 3 health tips per week in joy and good mood.
Let's imagine that we managed to get out of our bed and that we got up and that we unlocked a little bit in all directions.
There is a small technique that consists of tapping the whole body to wake up, warm up, activate blood circulation and start your day in better shape.
And also by working all your circulation and being ready to attack the day with good feet.
So let's go, we're going to start.
Hands, extremities, often we are cold so we will start by applauding in the morning.
We applaud a little bit and we will work all his hand.
And then we will tap here at the level of the forearm.
You can do several back and forth like that and you will feel that it tickles a little bit.
And then you turn around and you do the other part of the arm.
And you can continue like that several times.
And of course you do both sides and you will see that your hands will warm up.
Your whole body will tickle a little bit.
It relaunches the circulation.
It's something that comes from Asia, like a lot of effective health advice.
In Asia, they are still a little bit ahead.
So do not hesitate to tap the whole body.
We can also tap the bust.
At the level of the chest, in women, we tap a little bit, we will not hurt ourselves too much.
And we can tap the belly a little bit.
It circulates.
We make the organs resonate a little.
Always without pain.
Of course, we do not tap a place where we hurt.
But we can insist a little bit.
And we feel that it tickles and it circulates.
Then we do the thighs.
Either we do both at the same time like that,
or we will do one leg after the other by tapping even more with both hands.
So I'm going to do the quick method.
I'm going to tap like that.
And then I come back from the back.
And I tap myself to the buttocks.
And here.
We can also tap at the level of the feet.
So like that, tapping the feet a little bit.
And we're going to do the feet and the back.
We fold the knees.
The feet.
We come back the calves.
And the back of the thighs.
And we tap the buttocks.
Then we're going to tap a little bit the back of the back.
And we can also tap a little bit the back of the neck.
And the trapezius.
We can also tap a little bit the back like that.
The ribs.
And we want to tap a little bit everywhere.
It tickles a little.
And there, I'm already a little out of breath.
Because we woke up well.
It tickles a little bit everywhere.
The hands, it tickles a little bit too.
The body is very hot, very warmed up.
To start your day.
That was the little tip of the day.
I hope you enjoyed it.
I'll see you soon in my newsletter.
