Soul food pure, super simple cauliflower-potato stew
from the thermomix with spicy cabanossi.
Hi, I'm greeting you again here from my Zaubertopfküche
and today I've brought you a super simple
and still super delicious recipe.
Because in the thermomix today we're making
a really nice, warming potato stew
with cabanossi and cauliflower.
And the best part is that the dish is ready
in just 30 minutes.
You only need a handful of ingredients
and in the thermomix it's super easy to prepare
because there are actually only four steps.
The steps and the complete recipe to read
can be found again with us at Zaubertopf Club.
Of course, this is always best done with our app
because you also have an integrated cooking mode.
And I'll tell you again what we need for our recipe.
That's cauliflower,
potatoes,
cabanossi,
a little parsley for garnishing,
a little oil,
vegetable spice paste,
an onion,
sour cream
and water.
You see, it's not a lot
and we're already starting right away.
And with the onion,
which is halved
and then chopped up for 5 seconds at level 5.
And if you haven't subscribed to our channel yet,
it's best to do it right now
and press the bell right away.
Then you'll always be informed when something new comes.
I'm pushing that down with the spatula now.
And I love this onion chopper with the thermomix
because it's just so super fast.
In 5 seconds, I definitely don't cut onions at home.
Maybe a professional cook, but I don't know.
Add the oil
and then we steam it for 2 minutes.
At 120°C.
If you still have the TM31 at home,
just use the Varoma button.
So 2 minutes,
then 120°C or Varoma button
and level 1.
Our onion is steamed.
I'll show you again
what it looks like now.
It's a bit of a shame
that the pot lid isn't transparent here,
so you can look a little more.
And now the other ingredients are really coming in.
First, the water.
Then our homemade vegetable spice paste.
It really stays in the fridge for about a year
through the salt.
And you don't have all these preservatives
that you have in normal broth.
Then add cauliflower.
I think I'd rather do it like this
before I throw everything away.
I'm always very good at that.
And write in the comments
if you also like to eat a stew.
I don't know why,
but I think it always has a little bit
of a childhood taste.
And I just really like it
on such cool days.
Add potatoes.
And then the whole thing has to simmer
for 25 minutes at 100°C, level 1.
And very important,
don't forget to set the left run.
Because we don't want
potato, cauliflower, cream soup,
but really just a bit of stew.
So, 25 minutes at 100°C.
The left run is set.
And instead of the measuring cup,
you now put on the spray protection.
If you have the TM31 or the TM5 at home,
you can just set the cooktop
as a spray protection.
And level 1.
The stew is almost ready.
To give it a certain spice,
of course, add some cabernet sauce.
And sour cream.
I'll add sour cream first.
And especially when you taste it afterwards,
always remember,
the cabernet sauce is already quite spicy.
And instead of cabernet sauce,
you could, for example,
just take sausages.
Or if you want to keep the whole thing
vegetarian,
you just leave them out.
So, lid back on.
And then the whole thing
is heated for another 2 minutes at 90°C.
And again, it's important
that you press the left run.
And once at level 2.
And then the stew is already ready.
I promised you
that it's a super easy recipe again.
And I don't think I promised too much.
And the potato cauliflower stew is ready.
I'll taste it again
and see if I need to add
a little more salt or pepper.
It definitely looks good
and it steams really nicely.
For me, a little more salt and pepper
and a little more salt and pepper.
But I also eat super spicy.
Write in the comments
if you also find
that many thermos recipes
are always too little spice.
I would be interested to know
if only I think so
or if even more people
have the feeling.
I'll just mix it up
with the ladle now.
So, and the whole thing is now
turned upside down.
Then you can just fill it up better.
And it's definitely really hot.
And then I'll try the whole thing
right away, of course.
If you want it to be really juicy,
I recommend you,
because I think my potatoes
are already quite small,
make a little bigger
potato cubes in there.
But I also love stews.
Of course it's still mega hot.
But I can still try a little.
You can still see the steam properly.
And if you haven't subscribed to the channel yet,
do it again now
and press the bell again.
Because we always inform you
when a new recipe comes online.
It definitely smells sensationally delicious
and tastes like that too.
I wish you a lot of fun
cooking.
I'll let it cool down for a moment
and we'll see you
in the next episode again.
Until then, bye!
And enjoy it!
Ciao!
