You've never eaten tiramisu like this before.
Tiramisu balls from the thermomix.
Hi, it's Daisy again from my Zaubertopf kitchen.
Today I've brought you an incredibly delicious recipe
that you really have to try,
because we're making tiramisu balls in the thermomix.
And if you love tiramisu,
then you'll really love these little pralines,
because they're so incredibly delicious.
And there's even a little trick to it,
because just as quickly as they're prepared,
they're unfortunately already empty again.
So it's best to make the double amount right away.
How that works, there's one thing to keep in mind,
I'll tell you now in the course of the episode.
And the complete recipe to read
with step-by-step instructions
and even a shopping list
can be found at our Zaubertopf club.
And you don't need much either.
I would say you probably have
almost everything at home,
because we only need
spoon biscuits,
mascarpone,
cocoa powder,
a little homemade vanilla sugar,
powdered sugar,
espresso
and a little amaretto.
And we're about to start.
And if you haven't subscribed to the channel yet,
it's best to do it right now
and just press the bell too,
then you'll always be informed
and won't miss any more episodes from us.
We need spoon biscuits.
I'll break them in the middle once.
Then the knife can just grab it a little better.
And I already said earlier,
you can double the recipe right away,
because the recipe comes with about 24 pralines.
And really,
I've already tested them once at home
and I was so excited.
And all test eaters too.
So I'll tell you,
you'll really love the recipe.
And write in the comments
if you also have a favorite praline
that you prepare with a thermomix.
I'd be interested,
because we've already made
children's chocolate pralines here
and I thought they were good.
But against these here,
they really can't keep up,
I have to say.
So I'm really excited.
And that,
even though I'm not a coffee drinker at all.
So we're going to crush them now
once, 10 seconds at level 10.
And then we'll get to a tip right away.
I said you can double the recipe,
but the thermomix has of course
a maximum filling.
And the spoon biscuits are only 200 grams,
but they are quite high in volume.
That means if you double the recipe,
it's best if you grind it
twice in a row.
Then you can briefly refill
the first portion.
That's really mega small
after these 10 seconds.
And now the
cooled down espresso comes in first.
Depending on your coffee taste,
you can of course
vary that a bit.
If you're a real coffee fan
and want the whole thing
to be a little more intense,
you can also add 10 milliliters
or something like that.
We're going to mix the whole thing
now once, 10 seconds at level 3.
And I'm already looking forward
to these pralines.
I'll do four
so that it's really mixed.
In the recipe, of course,
I've already adapted it for you.
Look, it smells so delicious.
That's what it looks like now.
And now a few more ingredients
come with it, namely mascarpone.
This makes them really
creamy.
They are really,
they are a dream,
I'm telling you.
Powdered sugar,
then a little bit of homemade
vanilla sugar.
It's just so incredibly intense.
And if you want to know
how it works,
we've already made a episode
about it.
We'll just link it to you again.
And then there's amaretto.
I'll tell you,
that's not a children's recipe
because of the coffee.
But you could also
use alcohol-free
amaretto.
Alternatively,
if you want to get
a little bit of a fruity note,
you could also use
orange juice or something like that.
But as I said,
if there's coffee in there anyway,
I wouldn't recommend it to children.
This is finally a recipe
just for us adults.
And then we'll do it
for 30 seconds
on level three.
That's almost done now.
And this is what it looks like now.
And it smells
so incredibly delicious.
I'm going to fill this up
in a bowl now,
because I always find it a bit stupid
to grab it with the knives
because we have to
shape the balls.
That's why I always find it easier
to fill it up.
And here you get
an extra tip right away.
Shaping the balls
is a little bit better
with slightly wet
or damp hands
than
if you do it with dry hands,
because the mass is a bit sticky.
As soon as the balls are rolled
in cocoa powder,
I have another tip
what you could use instead.
After that, they have to
go into the fridge
to cool down a bit.
You could also eat this mass
as a dessert.
I've already prepared a plate here.
A little bit of cocoa powder
is also written here.
It is also important here
that it is the baked cocoa
and not this sweetened cocoa.
Because we have enough sugar
in the spoon biscuits
and in the powdered sugar
and so on.
I'll just wet my hands a little bit.
So, my hands are slightly wet
and now it's time to roll.
I'll prepare a few here
in front of the camera.
A little tip.
Always roll all the balls
before you dip them in cocoa,
because otherwise you have to
wash your hands all the time
and that's always a bit annoying.
And after they were dipped in cocoa,
the whole thing goes
again for one to two hours
in the fridge anyway.
Then the consistency
changes a bit again.
It all gets a little firmer
and I'm so excited
how you like it,
because they are really so incredibly delicious.
I'll do one more
and then I roll them in cocoa powder.
So, I'll take a small one here.
You really only need two tablespoons of cocoa powder.
That's enough for the whole mass.
And whether you put them in a small one here
I can't even touch it right now.
Small paper molds for praline fills
or leave them as they are,
of course, it's up to you.
The next one is also rolled here again.
So, and that's how you do it
now with all the balls.
Then it goes in the fridge.
But if you've been watching for a long time,
you know that I can't wait that long.
That means I'll definitely try them
now.
Now I almost forgot.
As I mentioned earlier,
if you don't want to roll these pralines in cocoa powder,
you can do it another way.
And here are two tips in any case.
You can, for example,
crush a bit of nuts or hazelnuts
with a thermomix
and then roll them into such nut crumbs.
It's very tasty.
Or you just crush two,
three more tablespoons of biscuits,
take a little bit of the mass to the side
and then roll them later
into these crumbs.
It's also very tasty.
But now it really goes on.
But definitely don't skip this step.
Because it's worth it,
because they just get a little firmer
and then you can bite them off really well.
So they're really, really delicious.
And of course I'll try them right now.
I'll take the smallest one here.
As I said, they haven't cooled down yet.
That's why it's a little softer than normal.
But who can't wait, right?
Mmh, it's a dream.
Make sure you try it.
Write in the comments
how you liked it.
And we'll see you
in the next episode of My Magic Pot.
And now I'm going to roll my balls again
and of course I'll put the pralines
in the fridge again for a moment.
So see you next time.
Bye!
