Frozen banana latte, the ultimate coffee-in-kick for your summer.
Hi, it's Desi again from myZaubertopfKüche, and today I've brought you something really cool,
which will definitely make your coffee heart beat faster,
because today we're making a frozen banana latte with the Thermix.
It's an absolute trend drink, and this combination of creamy banana flavor and delicious coffee
is really ideal for the summer.
And I'll tell you in advance that you can definitely pack ice coffee.
You only need a few ingredients, and those are ice cubes, plant-based milk, espresso, banana, and a little vanilla.
And we're about to start, and if you haven't subscribed to the channel yet, it's best to do so right now.
I'll put the ice cubes in, and then I'll add the banana.
If you want it to be really cold for hot days, you could freeze the banana in pieces beforehand.
And to make it nice and sweet, I recommend using a really ripe banana,
because that way you can adjust the sweetness a little.
If you don't have a really ripe banana at home, you could also add 2-3 soft dates,
or a little agave syrup, rice syrup, or maple syrup.
So you really have all the options.
I'm using plant-based milk here.
Of course, you could also use whole milk, and a little vanilla.
Instead of vanilla, if you want to vary it, you could also add a little cinnamon.
That's also very tasty.
We're going to blend this for 30 seconds on level 10, and then our ice cream drink is almost ready.
So here, 30 seconds.
And you can find the complete recipe for this at our Zaubertopf club.
Of course, all the tips are listed there as well.
That was really quick.
I'm going to show you what it looks like now.
It's really nicely foamed, for sure.
Smells like banana milk, doesn't it?
That's what it looks like now.
I'm going to pour this into a glass.
A lot is enough for two glasses.
Of course, it also depends on the size of the glass.
I'm not a huge coffee drinker, I have to say, so I wouldn't pour in that much espresso.
Let's have a look.
It's so beautiful in color.
What I really like by now, though, is something I never used to eat in the past.
It's tiramisu, I really liked our frappuccino, and I think I'll definitely like this one as well.
That's enough for me.
I say cheers!
That was another super quick recipe.
We'll see you again in the next episode.
As I said, don't forget to subscribe to the channel.
I'm always happy to see every single subscriber here.
Enjoy!
If you've tried the trend drink, be sure to let me know in the comments how you liked it.
I think this combination of coffee and banana is delicious.
Really good.
I think I had a little too much espresso.
For me, it should be a little less intense.
That's why I'm adding a little more banana milk on top.
So, see you next time!
Bye!
