Stolen Chevy CAMARO contains entire Illegal Drugstore - Report and Picture included | Little Rock

Trooper's Narrative:
On 12/12/2022 at 11:14 PM I, Trooper Jackson Shumate #242, observed a white Chevrolet Camaro traveling on I-630 W at the6A. I observed the vehicle's license plate light to not be functioning and there was a tinted license plate cover over a paper temporary license tag. I initiated a traffic stop at John Barrow Rd over I-630. The vehicle pulled to the intersection of John Barrow Rd and Byron Dr. Upon my approach, I observed the driver, Arrested Person Nawodney Thomas, to appear very nervous. His hands were trembling, his eyes looking all around the inside of his vehicle, and he made multiple furtive gestures with his hands.
I requested ID from Arrested Person Thomas and he told me that his ID had been stolen. I had him write his information down and I conducted a subject check. A full report of Arrested Person Thomas' subject revealed him to be on parole and that he had an active search waiver on file. He also showed multiple felony convictions. I then directed Arrested Person Thomas to exit the vehicle so that I could conduct a search. Upon entering the vehicle, I observed a black satchel in the back seat. I picked it up and noticed it to be heavy in a concentrated area inside. I then opened the bag and found a Glock 19 (SN-BDUP018) handgun inside, along with a digital scale with a white powder residue on it. I then returned to Arrested Person Thomas and placed himin handcuffs in the back of my vehicle so that I could continue with the search.
Trooper William Cash arrived on scene and assisted me with the search of the vehicle. He was on the passenger side and found a brown Louis Vuitton clutch bag. He opened the bag and located multiple packages of narcotics. The suspected narcotics are as follows:
Methamphetamine
Crack Cocaine
Powder Cocaine
Oxycodone Pills
Amphetamine Pills
Fentanyl
There was also a small bag of a blue substance, which appeared to be pills that had been crushed up.Multiple containers were found in the vehicle that could be used to conceal narcotics, as well as various types of firearm ammunition.
A full custodial search of Arrested Person Thomas revealed a straw with white powder residue in his coat pocket and more suspected narcotics in his right pant change pocket.
Trooper Cash conducted a VIN check of the vehicle and it was reported stolen and confirmed out of Little Rock.***A registration check of the paper license plate CY777967 shows a valid registration. However, running the VIN(2G1FD1E34F9194627) by itself shows it to be stolen.***Little Rock PD was unable to make contact with the reporting person. Metro Towing towed the vehicle to its wrecker lot.
Arrested Person Thomas was transported to Pulaski County Jail and charged with the following:
