As to how this car Theft operation went on for so long, no one can say. There could be a speculation that perhaps either the municipal, provincial or federal (or all three at once) were laxe. But that is our theory. Perhaps the culprits were VERY sly and clever not to attract attention.
Here's the article from CBC News that we used.
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/alleged-fraud-network-montreal-cars-9.7013776
The recording has started.
Well now, always remember.
Super Dave Bistula, the tall, white, gothic, vampire alien.
Coming to you from a Tim Hortons.
On Curie-Lebel, but it's not the one at the corner of Carrefour.
This is a little more south.
It's probably between Souvenir and Notre Dame.
We have an NTC, I guess it's a body shop.
That's a little north of us and south of us.
Well, we don't know what this is.
We don't frequent this place all that often.
But then again, this Tim Hortons is not a 24-hour Tim Hortons.
At least not the inside part.
Here in the area of Charmerie-Lebel.
Super Dave Bistula of Lebel, Quebec, Canada.
So it seems to me that Montreal, which Lebel is a suburb of.
Or actually, it's almost the whole island north of Lebel.
Montreal has a problem.
There's a center that apparently, it's a stolen car network.
It's a network of fraud.
It's a network of maybe identity theft, I'm not sure.
And also other types of theft like jewelry, wallets, whatever.
It's within the Saint-Michel or Montreal North District.
Saint-Michel, it's on Saint-Michel Boulevard.
Or rather, I think it's on the street opposite Saint-Michel Boulevard.
Anyways, whoops.
My digital host David is going to take over and he's going to be fun.
Apparently, well, we know that a lot of the time it's fake news.
But it's the Canadian Broadcasting Company.
CBC News.
Which he's going to read from.
David?
Yeah, you're right, Super Dave.
And there seems to be a ******* problem here.
What the hell is going on?
We already reported that there was another center that was advocating for stolen cars.
And this person, anyways, in this story, there's this person.
I think he's Arabic, I'm not sure.
But he steals cars from his network, steals cars from Montreal and Toronto.
Brings them to that center.
Probably a used car, I think it's a used car lot, I'm not sure.
But he transports all these really expensive cars to Dubai.
What the ****?
WTF?
Jesus Christ, man.
What the **** is going on?
And why wasn't this discovered before?
Could it be our politics are really weak?
Fraud is happening in Montreal?
Maybe all over Quebec? I don't know.
At any rate.
So I'm going to reduce myself to a little blip.
And I'm going to read from the CBC News.
The so-called Canadian Broadcasting Company.
Which is pure *******...
You know that it's fake news.
A lot of the time.
But I don't know, maybe this seems real.
Anyways, here goes nothing.
Oh, okay. Doesn't matter.
Been reduced anyways.
So we're just going to get rid of a few notifications while we're at it.
Menu.
So let's make ourselves just a little bit bigger.
So we'll open up the browser.
It's going to refresh.
Okay, CBC.
Not the really most trusted network.
Because it's owned by that ******* stupid ass bitch named Catherine Tate.
------- cunt.
Anyways, so.
Okay, **** you.
Okay.
How the **** do they get away with that?
Then again, look.
I do have to say, a lot of these thieves, they're sly.
Very sly.

Okay.
There's a little news card I have here.
Police say this garage in Montreal's Saint-Michel neighborhood is allegedly used for storing stolen or fraudulently obtained goods.
It supervises operations and transports stolen vehicles reported.
Port of Montreal? Oh yeah.
The last article was in the Port of Montreal.
It was reporting as to what's happening in the Port of Montreal.
Okay.
A group of Quebec business owners, including an owner of two Montreal-based car rental companies,
are allegedly behind an elaborate criminal network involved in millions of dollars worth of fraud and car theft.
Hmm.
I wonder if it's the same people that phoned me up and pretended to be from Virgin Mobile.
Anyways.
That's neither here nor there.
Anyways, let's continue reading.
The allegations appear in civil court documents filed this month.
The documents describe Yaqub Saraf, a businessman who is said to split his time between Montreal and Dubai.
As the head of an organization that obtained millions of dollars worth of olive oil.
The olive oil is really damn ******* expensive.
Surgical masks, and notably luxury cars, can cause fraud and theft.
You ******* piece of sharmuta idiots.
Ah, I've got C-SPY.
A multi-year Montreal police investigation into the group has also identified Habib Kudzi, another sharmuta, a dishonest sharmuta,
the owner of a city car rental and Kudi car rental.
Two car rental companies as a key part of a network according to the court documents.
What the ****?
These guys come here and they're just making monkey business.
Kudzi allegedly arranged the transport of stolen, fraudulently obtained vehicles to the port of Montreal.
Remember?
Where they were shipped overseas.
He used his companies to launder the proceeds.
Time to arrest the ******* bastard.
The documents detail how Montreal police began investigating the alleged fraud network in June 2021.
And you want to know what's the real...
What pisses me off is that these insurance companies...
If you have insurance and you buy this expensive car and it's stolen, they penalize you, the owner of the car.
I'm like, **** you.
Yeah, so it is.
Something has to change.
On April 18, 2023, a lengthy surveillance operation officers raided the suspected headquarters of the network.
A nondescript garage just off of Highway 40 in the Saint-Michel neighborhood.
Home to Kudzi's car rental business.
There, police found multiple car key programming machines, which they said are often associated with car theft.
So these guys are using technology to steal.
The garage was allegedly used for storing stolen, fraudulently obtained goods.
Supervising operations to transport stolen vehicles to the port of Montreal.
As a location to plan and coordinate the forging of documents.
I wonder if my late sister...
Because I have two sisters, one of them passed away from cancer.
But she apparently had a Mitsubishi, a very nice Mitsubishi, but it was stolen.
I'm wondering if it ended up over there, in one of these locations.
------- assholes.
And she was penalized by the insurance companies.
I think the insurance companies should sue me.
They're crazy.
I wonder if they're in league with these ******* bastards.
The garage was allegedly used for storing stolen and fraudulently obtained goods.
Supervising operations to transport...
Oh, okay.
Oh, okay, I'll read it.
Also, on April 18, 2023, the officers raided Kudzi's home.
A mansion on...
This guy's got a mansion.
On Glen Boulevard.
In the city's Ahuntsic Cartier Bureau.
Purchased for $2.2 million in 2023.
You ******* shut him out.
So you made your money off of stolen goods.
One of them could have been my sister's car.
**** you, I'll go to jail.
But you...
There's a problem here.
Then again, we had a stupid ass ******* mayor.
Who didn't do jack ----.
Until that time.
I was...
My main concern was the speed bumps and bicycle paths.
That dickhead got me so that I might have a lot of gold.
A lot.
Anyways.
There they found cash and luxury goods.
Including a Rolex watch.
The house, the cash, and the luxury goods were empty.
According to the court documents that Kudzi was living well beyond his reported income.
At least they did find out.
This is what it looks like.
**** that.
Look at this.
Piece of ----.
The court documents from the allegations are tied to several lawsuits filed by Quebec's Attorney General.
Asking for the confiscation of the Grand Mansion.
Yeah.
Take it from him.
Kudzi's Rolex and cash.
And the Saint-Michel garage.
Arguing they were either obtained with proceeds of crime.
Or used as an instrument of crime.
Take it away.
All of it.
You lose it all, Kudzi.
You ******* animal.
You piece of ----.
The allegations have not been tested in court.
Neither Kudzi nor Saraf have been charged criminally.
They have not yet filed a defense or indicated whether they intend to contest the lawsuits.
I hope you lose badly.
But then again, were they set up to be the fall guy?
Kudzi's lawyer, Marc Lebel, said Kudzi had not yet been served with a lawsuit.
And was unaware of its contents.
Screw you, asshole.
You're probably a shrikester lawyer.
Or making shrikesters stupid.
But then again, I don't know.
Sounds like the priorities have only been set now.
He has no comment to make.
He has not seen it.
He has received nothing, he said.
So what the **** do you want to do?
There have been no charges laid against him, skada.
CBC was unable to find a contact for Saraf or his lawyer.
How the network is alleged to work.
Evidence collected by the police and other references in court documents details how the alleged fraud network operates.
First, a member of the network contacted the company to place a large order using either a fraudulently obtained credit card or a fraudulent company account.
The initial calls were usually made from inside a moving vehicle.
Once the order was placed, the network used to transport companies usually hired from a third-party website to pick up the goods and bring them to a second transport company operating by the alleged fraudsters.
**** ----.
Police investigators found that the alleged fraudsters targeted various companies, mostly wholesalers and car dealerships in Quebec and Ontario.
With fraudulent purchases ranging from $5,000 to $6,887,000.
During the investigation, officers observed 39 fraud events where the group were made off with material of all kinds of surgical masks, nitrile gloves, olive oil, that's an expensive product now too, office chairs.
Valued at more than $1.38 million.
**** ----.
What can I say?
Additionally, the organization allegedly transported 198 stolen or fraudulently obtained cars to seven warehouse sites.
The cars were valued at more than $9 million.
J. K. Yamamoto.
How can you be so sure that the things we're doing are fraudulent?
How the **** did they get away with this?
At least 70 vehicles tied to the network valued at more than $1.9 million were recovered at the Port of Montreal.
Saraf's alleged role, in addition to being the alleged kingpin, was to sell the luxury vehicles that had been stolen or fraudulently obtained.
City Car Rental, one of Kudzi's car rental companies, advertises luxury rentals on its website.
The company has posted images of luxury cars, including Range Rovers and high-end Mercedes and BMW vehicles on social media.
Kudekar, Kudzi's other company, advertises car rental services in Saint-Martin, a Caribbean island, and in Montreal.
Both companies have listed the addresses on the Saint-Michel garage, alleged to be the headquarters of the criminal organization.
Multiple businesses allegedly linked to the fraud use the address.
On a recent afternoon, the garage appeared busy. Workers were unloading tires outside.
And there you have it in a nutshell.
That was a big fraudulent ring, and that's an understatement.
Going up to $9 million, if it went to a billion in fraud and stolen goods, stolen cars, stolen luxury cars, I wouldn't be surprised.
How the **** did they get away with this?
Is our system so weak that we miss it? This ---- happens?
I don't know what to say.
Anyway, Super Dave, conclude and close it off.
We're not sure what to say, David.
Except it's a good thing that you're caught, but nobody suspected a thing.
There's a person named Kudzi, there's two people named Kudzi and Saraf.
What's going on here?
Old business.
Anyways, at this point I'll bid you adieu, au revoir, adios, hasta maรฑana, hasta luego,
arrivederci, shalom, salamaliko, sayonara, do ัะฒะธะดะฐะฝะธั, auf wiedersehen, yiassas, parevtsas, bye bye.
Os merci beaucoup, muchos gracias, molto mucho gracias.
Tudoraba, shukriya, shukran.
Sheshe, whoops.
Sheshe, spasiba, danka shen, efharisto poli, shacho nargalem.
There should be an improvement to catch these people from the very beginning.
How have we gone this far into the multi-million dollar of fraud?
We're not sure.
Maybe the mayor of Montreal was not doing her job properly,
and was too concerned about bicycle paths and speed bumps that she didn't notice this until later.
Or maybe it's been a long time.
As David said, even his late sister had her car stolen, but she was penalized.
Which means that she had to pay a higher insurance.
Well, she changed her insurance company because she told them this.
I don't know what to tell you.
Anyways, the only thing now to say is, thank you very much.
