Beautiful Fruit Agar-agar Jelly Cake Recipe | 水果燕菜糕食譜不用烤

This Agar-agar Fruit Jelly Coconut Cake is very beautiful and simple to make. No baking required to make this agar-agar jelly cake!

❤ Important notes and update:
1. Agar-agar jelly naturally releases water. So recommend to unmold just before serving as the moisture will make the biscuit base soggy. 果冻自然释放水分。所以建议要吃的时候脱模，因为水分会使饼干底变湿。
