Beethoven-Sonata no. 17 in D minor 'The Tempest' is a work in three movements, in the key of D minor, and it is usually called by its nickname 'The Tempest' (Der Sturm). This name, 'the storm' though, does not come from Beethoven himself, nor was the sonata referred to as such during his lifetime.

Most of the pictures (with the exception of the rainbow) were taken on the Susten Pass in Switzerland. It was a very windy, almost "stormy" afternoon. The wind was strong and it got quite cold as the glacier is very close. The pictures were taken by Simone Schlegel in July 2023. The Fujifilm X-H2S and Fujifilm X-T1 were used. The film was edited by Wenjing Ma.
