I will need:
Chicken egg - 4 pieces
Sugar - 200 grams (1 cup)
Flour - 130 grams (1 cup)
Soda - 3 grams (0.5 teaspoon)
Vinegar for baking soda
Apples - 3 pieces
Butter - 20 grams

Cooking:
To prepare the dough, I beat four eggs with one glass of sugar with a mixer at high speeds. When the sugar is completely dissolved, and the mass has become light, add a glass of flour and continue to beat until smooth. I extinguish the soda with vinegar and pour it into the dough. Once again I mix everything with a mixer.
For the filling, I peel and core the apples, then cut into thin slices and transfer to a bowl with dough and mix thoroughly.
To make it easier to remove the cake from the mold, grease it with soft butter and sprinkle with flour. At the bottom of the form I beautifully lay out the apple slices and pour the dough.
I bake charlotte in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 60 minutes. The readiness of the pie can be checked with a toothpick or a wooden skewer, coconut dough with it. When the cake is done, the toothpick will come out dry and clean.
This charlotte is very tasty and fluffy.

Little trick. My kids don't like baked apple and therefore refused to eat apple pie. Once I cut an apple very thinly and finely, mixed it with the dough, and after baking, the pieces of fruit were not noticeable in the pie.
