For the casserole you will need:
Cottage cheese - 400 grams
Wheat flour - 100 grams
Chicken egg - 2 pieces
Coconut flakes - 20 grams
Sugar - 50 grams
Strawberries - 100 grams
Butter - 10 grams
Chocolate - for decoration
Cooking:
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, coconut and sugar thoroughly. At first I added one egg, but it was not enough, so I added another one. Cut the strawberries into pieces and add to the curd mixture. I mix well.
I grease the baking molds with butter and spread the curd mass in them. The resulting mass was enough for me for 5 forms with a diameter of 10 centimeters.
I bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
When the casserole is browned, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Before serving, you can sprinkle with coconut flakes, pour over chocolate and decorate with berries.
