Chocolate mousse from ryazhenka.
Healthy and tasty dessert in a few minutes.

I will need:
Gelatin - 10 grams
Water - 50 milliliters
Ryazhenka - 500 milliliters
Cocoa - 40 grams
Sugar - 50 grams
Chocolate - to taste

Cooking:
First, pour gelatin with hot water. The water temperature should be 70-80 degrees. Stir and leave the gelatin to swell for 15 minutes.
Pour cocoa and sugar into the fermented baked milk and mix everything with a blender. Then pour in the soaked gelatin in a thin stream and mix well again. The resulting mixture is poured into bowls and put in the refrigerator until completely solidified. It took me 2 hours to do this.
Finished dessert I decorated with chocolate.

Tip 1. Gelatin cannot be poured with boiling water, otherwise it will lose its qualities.

Tip 2. Tip 2. If you need the dessert to freeze faster, you can put it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
