for the cream:
mascarpone - 400 g (14 oz)
powdered sugar - 130 g (4.6 oz)
vanilla essence - 7 ml (0.23 fl oz)
whipping cream - 500 g (17.64 oz)
nutella - 150 g (5.3 oz)
IN THE FRIDGE 2 H
Tray size 10 x 17 cm (4 in x 6.67 in)
hazelnuts - 60 g (2 oz)
nutella - 30 g (1 oz)

for the tea with milk:
water - 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
black tea - 10 g (0.35 oz)
sugar - 30 g (1 oz)
TO BOIL 2 minutes
milk - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
TO BOIL 1 minute
