Hey guys!! We've NEVER done a family Q&A before so we want you to sound off in the comments section today and ask those questions you may have!! We will sit down and answer those on an upcoming vlog ASAP! Love you all!!
We are a FUN and ADVENTUROUS family of 6 who lost our son to SIDS in 2014. Our biggest regret was not having family videos of him when he was here and is why we started doing daily vlogs!
Thomas is a 2X North American Champion in his kick-boxing career and Ashley is a network-marketing professional and speaker in her company.
Together we have 5 year old Identical twins- Simon & Cohen. Our son Miloh was born 12/12/13 and passed away 5/20/14. We were blessed with our Rainbow baby Ezrah this year on 03/02/17 and we have loved sharing our every day journey with our followers and are looking forward to where this journey takes us!
Well, today is a great, fantastic, wonderful day.
It is still overcast and I'm enjoying all of the overcast days before it gets to
be like three digits here in Utah.
I'm on my way to go pick up the boys and we're going to run a couple of errands
while I'm out. It's going to be a pretty non-eventful day,
which is kind of typical here at the Hughes house, but we always make it fun.
Well, would you look at that? My grandma got a fourth bathroom at her house.
I think I can hear them in the backyard, so I'm going to go surprise them.
You ready to go? What color is that?
Blue, orange, green, yellow, red.
Whoa, Simon, good job.
10, 6, 1, 5, 7, 4, 4.
Yes, that's a magic 8, 9, good.
That's a red word. 8, oh, look at this one, 3, good, 2, that's it.
Good job, dude.
Woo. That's amazing. What did you just get?
Emoji. Let me see. We live in a day and age where kids think
smiley faces are emojis. That is too funny.
This is the highlight of Ezra's day when we let him go up the stairs, huh?
But he always goes, this is what makes me worried.
He won't go over there. Like he goes, oh, see what I mean?
See what I mean? Okay, why? Why? Why do you stress me out so bad?
Should we go outside? Let's go outside.
Well, hey there, dude, this is all he wants to do today.
Run amok on the deck.
Huh? Run amok, run amok.
We really need some seating out here.
Okay, please don't do that.
He is like the danger zone.
I swear this age is a little bit rough because he just wants to get into everything.
But yeah, we're thinking of getting some seating out here
because we like hanging out out here, huh?
Yeah, yeah.
I just got this in the mail
and I'm making the boys hide downstairs while I put it together.
So this is going to be so fun.
This is like a hardcore.
It's actually like a fog machine.
So it's like this is intense.
This better work good.
It better blow some really good bubbles around.
I'd be mad.
Now the question is, where do you put the bubbles?
Of course, Thomas isn't here right now.
So, um, what what do we do to dump them in there?
OK, so it does say to just pour it down here.
Just fill that sucker up.
Ezra, look.
Kona, it's OK. Come here.
You want to look at yourself?
So will you tell our friends how why do you want to be a doctor?
Oh, yeah, to fix people.
Like who?
Like grandma, even mommy.
OK, so you want to fix grandma?
Why do you want to fix her?
So she doesn't die.
Do you tell grandma that all the time that she needs to go to the doctor?
Oh, yeah, I tell her that every day.
Every day.
Because you miss her.
You don't want to miss her, huh?
Wait, did you say I have old hips?
No, no, no way, sicka.
Yup. I say you have old yups.
Old lips.
Yeah. Why do you say that?
Because it's all red and all pink.
I'm winky.
It's a good thing I love you guys.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I want to be a girl.
You don't want to?
Well, how do we make that happen?
I don't know.
Look at that.
This child has never cuddled before, so I love when he does this.
I know, right?
It's when he's being naughty and throwing food all over the house.
Yeah, Dad, look at those white fingers.
I finished my table today.
That's like the third table I've done this week.
Pretty much.
Yeah. And now you got three more to do.
Three more. I have one, two, five.
Five more this week.
Yeah. Babe.
Five builds is what I call them.
Five builds.
You got some benches and like a nightstand and a coffee table.
If you guys are going to be at North Ogden Cherry Days,
I'm going to have a booth there for my farmhouse tables.
Boom. Boom.
So now I got to build one, two, three, at least four more.
For display there, huh?
That's babe. That's like really soon.
I know that's nine tables I have to build fast.
Whoa. Hi, dude.
You OK?
But I got the system down where I'm basically like Speedy Gonzalez.
You guys know who Speedy Gonzalez's brother is?
I actually don't even know.
Or his cousin, I mean.
Who? Wait, let me reset.
Russ? Do you know who Speedy Gonzalez's cousin is?
No. Slowpoke Rodriguez.
Speedy, how are we going to get the cheese with Senor Pussycato?
What are you talking about?
That's how Slowpoke Rodriguez is.
That's a real person?
Slowpoke Rodriguez?
He's Speedy Gonzalez's cousin.
Who's Speedy Gonzalez?
Adelaide, Adelaide. Rira, Rira.
Is that like a movie?
Oh, it's a mouse?
You guys tell me you guys know who Speedy Gonzalez is.
I don't know.
Speedy, how are we going to get the cheese with Senor Pussycato?
And he's all slow and dumb.
I don't know.
So it's like Thomas and Russ?
No, you. I can't.
I need to Google this.
OK, this is the real thing, then.
Babe, where did you watch this?
That's like seriously Russ.
Now I'm all paranoid about my lips.
Babe, the boys told me I look like an old lady
because I have wrinkly lips or wrinkly lips.
So, yeah, we're going to pressure wash the deck
and see if we can paint your job.
Oh, don't you do that.
Oh, that attitude.
Oh, who are you?
We got a sweaty baby.
A sweaty, chubby little baby.
Who are you for real?
Look at you. Look at you.
We just had to wake him up because he's taking these long freaking naps
and then will not go to bed at night.
He's up all night.
He just tosses and turns and cries and whines.
And he's like sleep crying.
So hopefully you sleep better tonight, kid.
Well, I got like half ready today and then I never got into my pajamas.
I feel like that's kind of my typical day every single day.
I'm like, yeah, I have plans.
I'm going to go places.
I'm going to do things.
And then like four or five, six o'clock rolls around.
And here I am still in my pajamas, huh?
But here's the thing.
If I'm if I'm going to go somewhere, I'll spend money.
And I'm trying not to spend money right now.
Like what I need to do is just for once and for all delete the Amazon app.
I was like, you know what?
Today, I'm not going to buy anything on Amazon.
And no joke, I said this when I woke up and then I bought like 12 things
on Amazon today.
Well, this is kind of a random thing, but I realized today
me and Thomas have never done a Q&A.
We've always said like, ask us questions.
We're going to do a Q&A.
Ask us questions.
We've never actually done one.
So now's your chance.
If you have questions, I think we'll do like a little family Q&A or me
and Thomas will do a Q&A, whatever.
But ask away in the comments section below.
Yeah. And we will get those A's for your Q's, OK?
OK, Ezra, can you say goodnight to our friends?
Say goodnight.
Oh, that's all he says.
OK, say we'll see you tomorrow.
Bye.
