What would a day in the life of a Japanese Mom and Baby be like?
This video depicts what typically routine from morning until the evening of a Mom and a Baby in Japan. It shows us what life in Tokyo is like for a new Japanese mom raising a baby, how she helps her child build daily routines, and how she can manage her own schedule while taking care for both her husband and kid.
Let’s follow Moe, the 27 years old Japanese mother of Sutan, a 9-month old Japanese infant, to show what type of activities a Japanese mom has during the day.
Inside their house in Tokyo, we may see how she cares for her Japanese infant, as well as the kinds of Japanese housework she does and the foods she prepares. Or even specifically, how certain behaviors are taught to babies like saying “itadakimasu” before the baby eats.
Probably many of their activities are not those of a normal Japanese family but these might be considered to be typical in Japan.
