In today's modern world, life portraits will be illustrated as tech-obsessed, face-in-the-phone, app-swiping, selfie-taking types… But the fact might be untrue with professional portrait painter Michael Koropisz from Manchester; surprisingly, he does none of those things because he lives his life as a Victorian. He claims that he loves living life in the Victorian era.

Even though he lives in the 21st century, his life runs along with antique furniture to Victorian-specific clothing choices.

An interesting question is whether Michael's unusual lifestyle affects his relationships. We can refer to his brother, who is living life in the present; though so different in his lifestyles, the two of them are separate in terms of personality but still put up with each other in attractive ways.

Michael has created an interesting future for himself by continuing to live in the past. His career was in good shape at the time of filming, and those around him obviously respected his way of life. He leads a distinctive way of life, but it does not set him apart from the people in his community.
