1. Always use a person's full name when addressing them for the first time.
2. Allow the woman to extend her hand first for a handshake.
3. Before making a phone call, text or message to confirm the time.
4. If you are visiting someone's office, wait for them to invite you to take a seat.
5. When introducing men and women, make sure to start with the man.
6. Greet everyone as you enter the room.
7. Be punctual; the time limit within which being late is acceptable is 15 minutes.
8. When using the stairs or elevators, stand on the right side and walk on the left side.
9. Hold the door open for the person in front of you.
10. Saying thank you. Distinguish between “I am sorry” and “excuse me”.
