Becky interviews her childhood friend John Proctor. They talk about his endeavours in the hills and mountains, the experiences it brings with it and how he believes learning skills to tackle these extreme environments are applicable to life in general.
He encourages people to pass on their skills and talks about how a positive mindset can bring you through adversity. He touches on some personal spiritual experiences he’s had in near death moments, about the importance of a good climbing team or partner, how he thinks we are all capable of being strong and about climbing with his wife, Anna.
