- Water 1.2 Cups
Salmon-Avocado topping:
- Raw salmon (Sushi-grade) 100 g
- Avocado 1/2
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Mirin 1 1/2 Tsp
(or Sugar 1/2 tsp)
- Wasabi 1/4 Tsp
- Sesame seeds (roasted)
