Buckleys In Scotland

this week we're in scotland there's sheep there they were testing the fences for weaknesses they remember i got stuck oh no oh jesus there we go hey guys welcome to uh this week's vlog from at home with the buckleys no no where are we bringing it to them from this week we're in scotland hey listen if you like wind noise you're gonna love this week's vlog oh that's usual in at home with the buckleys um this is a steep hill yeah let's see how well i do jesus i'm gonna slip i'm gonna slip over we gotta get it for the vlog if i slip anyway we did shoot a lot of this vlog before with what we're doing right now now we did vlog half of this video over the last couple of days but some idiot brought the camera all the way up to scotland but left the sd card which had all the footage of all the vlog that we'd shot so far so this is it this week this is all this vlog is going to be us climbing it's a scotland special yeah we're outside and the plan is we're gonna climb that it's loudon hill and this is used to climb it and stuff when you were little yeah i've been up here a few times and my mum and dad my mum and dad and the two boys are up ahead they've brought the boys up a couple of times but this is the first time for james i've never been up that hill and i'm looking forward to being up a hill it's a hill you look insane what on earth are you wearing what's wrong with what i'm wearing and i'll justify everything the big socks big socks comfort is that the only trainers you brought there so that's that denim shorts only shorts i've got hoodie it's your dad's because my head and face has been burnt over the last couple of days which you might be able to see i mean you do look like a weird little scotsman what's this then statue or a statue what would you call it a monument for obviously the most famous scottish son thou sawst the strong arm of a wallace raised to stem the tide of alien territory used for the aliens is that right at wallace's name what scottish blood but boils up in a spring tide flood what do you think of that it's great i love neil gibson and that's how tall he was let's get up this hill kids are way ahead of us um how are you guys we've not really managed to catch up let me know how you're doing a lot of people said hello to me in the comments last week i did try and reply to most of them whoa that is a huge slug is it a slug yeah it way up to the top we are glad you're right we are david's storming ahead also we did drink quite a lot last night lot of s**t up up this way lot of s**t where's it from what animal go haggis they like to run about and they they're always s**ting everywhere the haggis we might catch one today i catch a rare wild haggis wee jobbies oh wee jobbies and big job oh yeah it's really windy perfect conditions for vlog making so much rabbit s**t here we go this is where we're going up can you zoom i swear to god it's windy let's talk loud there's sheep there say what you see and they've just had babies so i think they might be a bit protective so we're gonna go up the other way in all seriousness um it's lovely to be back in scotland i haven't been up here for a long time because of obvious reasons jesus but it's nice to be outside in the open even though it's tiring all this walking lock nice to be up in scotland again i get nothing but love when i'm up here and i appreciate it it must be nice to be up here yeah yeah it's great i mean how long has it been since we've been up it's i think it's coming up to just over a year so yeah it's been good i mean you said yesterday it's like we're on a promotional tour because i've got so many aunties and cousins and like we've only been here for a few days and we've had to go around everybody and see everybody and again all the wee belated christmas presents for everybody so it's been nice and the weather's been it's been hot weather's been mental yeah come over here come and tell us what was that a free place to talk but um harrison likes to think that this was william wallace's hideout for a little while don't you buddy they used to cut holes in trees and then go inside them because in here there's loads of trees that have been cut out i love all this though watch out for the stinging nettles claire yeah how is your bum by the way claire had to go for a p*** on the way up here and uh we stopped in a lay-by and she she got stinging nettles up her a** i just brushed the cheek how'd you make that look so undramatic it is treacherous what's happened i got stung oh no that's you it's all part of the experience jude i fell into a bed of stinging nettles i lost balance on my bike i was just we were just chatting with my mates and i just sat on my bike you know when you just like put a foot out i wasn't even riding the bike i just went just went straight into it so uh it's claire's dad that's leading the party the problem is is that we're not we're not really going near the hill we seem to be walking in the other way and now claire's mum's asking him you know oh come on you know which way to go do you and he's going here i'm just trying to find it out unfortunately they don't want to be on camera which is a shame because it's entertaining stuff and now we've got to go now we're just walking to some sheep i'm not a rammer son amped by a sheep i don't want to get sheep rammed i do make a lot of s*** they do stink other than that they're great so we're a little bit lost which is fine we're not in a rush we're here to enjoy the experience we've had to walk across a field of sheep now we're about to go across a field of cows i'm worried about being in a cow field it's a nice treat for a little suburban idiot like me buckley's as a family have felt really cooped up over the last year or so as i'm sure a lot of you guys can understand this is this is just what the doctor ordered and i'm knackered i'm so unfit i haven't gone on a walk i can't remember the last time i walked anywhere i walked to the car to get in it that's us on the path now you okay do you nearly fall? biggest slug i saw a big slug i saw a big slug down there we took a bit of a wrong turn earlier we had to go through a sheep field but that's us on the on the right path again juju said this could be the end of us james is getting tired huh you're getting tired harrison would do this every day if you let him if he could anyway the only thing i've realized is that i need to do more stuff like this so you need to learn how to climb a fence yeah i struggle with that fence there don't be under pressure we've just come across a little shack or something that's been built what do you think of that? harrison come on keep going i'm coming don't rush me so here you go we're nearly at the top and uh i've got to be honest with the detour that happened we missed the path we went all the way around but i'm quite knackered how are you feeling jimmy? i'm shattered what? i'm shattered but we're nearly there so let's keep going come on buddy we're high up now okay okay judy come on jimmy we're about to reach the top nearly there harrison's there come on jimmy okay we made it we're at the top i don't even need to touch it guys you made it just trying to get all the alcohol out of my body so if you look down there we were able to make out the the william wallace monument that we were stood at you see it? all the way we're in our field what's may 10 1307? oh right here come and tell me that let me sit down right harrison tell us what we got here battle of loudon hill may 10 1307 through devotion and by willing hands this stone was hauled hauled here to come to commemorate first victory of king robert the bruce who won for us freedom from serfdom so that's us at the top of loudon hill and now we get our treat get a wee cup of juice we've got some fruit some biscuits some bread judy you got a bite of bread? made it to the top made it to the top baby yeah this outro probably won't be usable it's much too windy but it's a really lovely place to be and i feel like this is a nice place to end this week's vlog short one this week my fault i left the sd card at home with all the rest of the footage for
