Hey! Welcome to Homestead Happy Mama. In today's video, I'm going to be showing you how to make
a super easy breakfast meal. It's called breakfast casserole. First, you want to go ahead and cook
two packs of Jimmy Dean sausage. Next, in a separate bowl, you want to add three cups of
all-purpose flour. Then, add in two teaspoons of baking powder with one teaspoon of baking soda.
Then, a little salt and one and a half sticks of softened butter.
Next, you want to mix all these ingredients together. If you do not have a KitchenAid,
it is okay. You can just do all of this in a bowl with a whisk. It will work perfectly fine.
In a pan, you want to spread out your dough so you can have your first layer.
That's going to be the biscuit layer. Now, add your sausage for the next layer.
Now, you're going to use six to eight eggs. Put it in a separate bowl, add a little milk,
and whisk it all up. Now that your casserole is in the oven,
you want to wait about when it's on 350. Thank you so much for watching this video.
