Country Mama Grows Sunflower Garden

I grew my own sunflower/ wildflower garden! So easy and so gorgeous! I know it’s been a while here on my channel. Summer has been busy, but I’ve felt a nudge to slow down a bit and focus on what’s around me. To focus on this YouTube channel. So here are my thoughts lately ..... You can learn a lot from nature. There is a time For beauty, a time for harvesting, a time for letting go, and a time for resting. Although it isn’t autumn yet, lately I’ve been in a mix of letting go of some things that weigh me down, and harvesting some beautiful things. Letting go of old mindsets, negative thinking patterns, lies, and shame. I’m harvesting things like truth, peace, love, and joy. Those are the things that are already mine. I just have to go get them. A lot like these flowers. I’ll never see the beauty that belongs to me if I’m stuck inside (figuratively speaking) and never explore all God has for me. I’m embracing this Homestead life and counting my blessings. I’m laser focused on who I am created to be and doing my best to live out the purpose God created me for. I’m reminding myself that the joy of the Lord is my strength. This is not only for myself but so I can love those around me well! Who is with me?
