How to make Japanese style Sandwiches (Egg & Tuna) 〜サンドイッチ〜 | easy Japanese home cooking
In this video, I am showing how to make two types of Japanese style sandwiches, egg salad sandwich and tuna salad sandwich. The egg sandwich has become famous through the Tokyo Olympics. Egg sandwich recipe is vegetarian and tuna sandwich is pescatarian.
In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.
Ingredients for Japanese style sandwiches
Tuna salad sandwich filling:
- Canned Tuna 50 g
- Celery 1/2 stalk
- Mayonnaise 2-3 Tbsp
- Lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper 1/4 Tsp each
Egg salad sandwich filling:
- Hard boiled egg 2
- Onion 1/4
- Mayonnaise 2-3 Tbsp
- Salt & Pepper 1/4 Tsp each
