I FOUND THE ENGINE ISSUE ON MY E90 M3! Can This Be Fixed?

Lmk what you guys think is the best way to attempt this repair. Im planning to take it to a welding shop and have them take care of it. Honestly gonna get it loaded up today and probably go with that route, but if there is another way lmk. According to the previous owner, the car ran and drove just fine no issues just leaking a lot of oil from that screw hole. So I'm hoping thats still the case once we get everything squared away!
