Today's topic is all about breakfast and the many recipes that we can make for breakfast. Breakfast has always been a very important meal for me, I have always ensured that it should be eaten on time, particularly in the mornings. It starts your day and gives you enough energy throughout the day. I have 3 main recipes here which are along the lines of smoothies, parfaits and pancake preparations. These vegan breakfast recipes have been tried and tested myself. These breakfast recipes are quite simple and self-explanatory in terms of visuals. The ingredients which I used are very flexible and you can interchange them as per your palette choice, even if a certain ingredient is not available then make it an item for substitution in the recipe.
Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, and I love setting a healthy theme for it. But so many people don't feel like they have the time to sit down and enjoy it - especially if they want to get back to work or get kids to school. The purpose of this video is to give you ideas on what you can eat for breakfast that isn't fast food or fried food or anything like that, but still gives you everything you need for a quick and healthy breakfast.

Since we are on a whole foods diet I've been exploring breakfast options all these years that deliver nutrition and that my family will actually eat.
Smoothies are just another good option to include that nutrition to your daily diet.
Parfaits have become one of our go to breakfasts because they're easy to make and you get a lot of bang for your buck nutritionally and we in our family love them a lot.
I am also demonstrating super quick pancakes that can be eaten before school without the risk of having unhealthy fats, sugar and flour.
