Pork tenderloin braid is rich in flavor, made more attractive with an ingenious technique. The braided pork tenderloin tastes excellent and is a unique dish that will be welcomed at any party buffet.

Ingredients for 3-4 people:
• 1 pork tenderloin
• 100g bacon
• 2-3 cloves of garlic
• 4 tablespoons tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons butter
• A few sprigs of thyme and/or rosemary or tarragon

Bake the pork tenderloin braid in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients for the beans:
• 300g fresh or frozen green beans
• 80-100g ham
• 1 onion
• Pepper and salt
• Freshly ground or powdered nutmeg
• 2 tablespoons butter
