Is it even improvable? Not only does this pizza taste extremely delicious, but it is also low carb, vegetarian, gluten-free, and quite easy to prepare! And depending on individual taste, the toppings can of course be varied. #lowcarb #glutenfree #esslust
Portion approx. 456 kcal - P 32 g - F 30 g - C 10 g
INGREDIENTS (for 2 pizzas with a diameter of 25-30 cm):
• 1 cauliflower, approx. 1 kg
• 1 can of pizza tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• optional 1 pinch of sugar, alternatively a low-calorie option like birch sugar/xylitol or xucker
• pepper and salt
• oregano, dried
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• approx. 300 g fresh tomatoes
• 1-2 spring onions
• 200 g Gouda, in piece or grated, alternatively another type
• 250 g mozzarella
• a few sprigs of fresh basil
Bake the pizza bases at 225 degrees, fan 200 degrees, for 10 minutes. Then bake the topped pizza at the same temperature for another 10-12 minutes.
