TOWN OF WALLKILL – A 34-year-old Town of Wallkill man has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse and forcible touching for allegedly abusing a four-year-old child.
Wallkill Town Police arrested Alejandro Martinez on Wednesday, July 8. He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, $75,000 secured bond or $150,000 partially secured bond.
Wallkill Police were assisted by Town of Wallkill Emergency Medical Services, Garnet Health Medical Center, the State Office of Children and Family Services, and the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program.
