Wayne Root put his cards on the table during his March 28 podcast, “America’s Top 10”, from Las Vegas. Standing and speaking directly into the video camera, he implored President Donald J. Trump to act now to sign a strict election integrity Executive Order that has been anticipated for months.

Three days later, the President, in the Oval Office, signed the order, setting the stage for the events Root said need to happen to protect the midterm elections in November.

What are those events? Democrats who oppose the Executive Order will likely file a lawsuit, which will be appealed and eventually earn an expedited hearing before the U.S. Supreme Court, said Root, who was introduced about a month ago to election integrity expert John Goodman from Hallandale Beach, Fl. Steve Stern, who is considered the top election integrity guru in the country, and Vice Chairman of the Broward Republican Executive Committee, introduced the pair. Stern works with John Goodman on the Florida Election Integrity Committee, which Stern chairs.

During recent conversations, John Goodman told Wayne Root there is no time to waste waiting for the weak Republicans in the Senate to pass the Save America Act, which President Trump still supports. However, time is fleeting as November elections loom, John Goodman and Wayne Root agreed.

So, on Saturday, Wayne Root, who is well known for having communication with President Trump, spoke directly to the President on his podcast. He strongly urged President Trump to sign the Executive Order now to end the travesty of millions of illegal aliens voting by fraudulent mail-in ballots. Since 37 of the 50 states have opened up mail-in ballots to their entire population, about 55 million ballots have floated through the mail in each of the last three elections. This system contrasts with the legal absentee ballot system that lets about 6 million people who are elderly, disabled or serving overseas in the military, send an absentee ballot through the mail.

He credited John Goodman during the podcast, calling him his election integrity expert. John Goodman, in a phone call tonight, laughed and said that was an exaggeration but he appreciated the kind words. John Goodman also confirmed the two have communicated several times the past month, with John Goodman sharing his research. That research, John Goodman reports, will lead to a win for the President if the Democrats are foolish enough to challenge President Trump’s recent Executive Order ending mail-in ballots. He based this assertion on his research of Constitutional provisions as well as a 1995 Supreme Court case that undermined the “myth” that the states control elections.

U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton ruled that “[T]he Framers understood the Elections Clause (Article 1, Section 4) as a grant of authority to issue procedural regulations, and not as a source of power to dictate electoral outcomes, to favor or disfavor a class of candidates, or to evade important constitutional restraints.”

Meanwhile, voting rights attorney Marc Elias’ law firm announced tonight that it has filed a lawsuit against President Trump’s mail-in ballot Executive Order. The law firm is representing the Democratic National Committee, among others.

According to John Goodman, he’s been in contact with voices in Washington, D.C. who have told him that the March 31 Executive Order is phase one on securing our elections — with more to come.

Those D.C. hands didn’t get specific with John Goodman, although election integrity advocates for months have pushed for the elimination of electronic voting machines to be replaced with paper ballots to be hand-counted in public.

But the recent order on mail-in ballots is the most important action, John Goodman said, because people who are in this country illegally, hiding from law enforcement, won’t show up at a polling place to cast an illegal ballot or go to the election office to register. Instead, they vote from home with a fraudulent mail-in ballot.
