2026: The Year of Accountability

Rosanne Boyland did not die anonymously. She died on camera, at the hands of government agents, while the institutions charged with safeguarding truth, justice, and accountability chose a deafening silence. That silence—perpetrated by the Metropolitan Police Department, aided by the U.S. Capitol Police, dramatized by a complicit mainstream media, and cemented by the January 6 unSelect Committee’s deliberate omission and destruction of evidence—exposes something far larger than one woman’s death. It reveals a REPUBLIC IN CRISIS where power protects itself, justice is optional, and truth is treated as disposable.

Video evidence shows MPD Officer Lila Morris striking an unconscious Rosanne Boyland multiple times—unlawfully, without justification, and with an unauthorized walking stick deliberately picked up from beside Rosanne’s prone, unconscious body. No imminent threat existed. Use of Force training, policy, and law violated. No accountability.

A Path Forward: Justice for Rosanne Boyland

There is still time to correct course. Still time to correct the false narrative.  One immediate and necessary step would be the appointment of an independent, non-partisan Special Counsel to investigate the death of Rosanne Boyland on January 6, 2021 by President Trump.

Investigative journalist Cara Castronuova and her team at CC-Investigations have already done what the government has refused to do. Their comprehensive Rosanne Boyland Criminal Referral is the result of years of investigation, hundreds of interviews, thousands of hours of video review, and consultation with eyewitnesses and use-of-force experts.

The referral documents a multi-agency cover-up and exposes a demonstrably false narrative: that a woman sober for more than seven years died of “acute amphetamine intoxication,” while clear video evidence of severe physical trauma was omitted from the official autopsy by the Washington, D.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

We here at AF Justice Restoration Project have worked with Cara and her team at CC-Investigations to author, publish, and dissiminate the Rosanne Boyland Criminal Referral.  As part of the larger effort we are looking to create additional Criminal Referral documents related to other instances where Law Enforcement officers on January 6, 2021 committed acts of criminal violations that resulted in the DEATH, MAMING, and PERMANENT INJURY of J6 peaceful protestors – none of which has been documented, investigated, or even questioned through mainstream media to this very day!

A Path Forward: Justice for J6 Criminal Acts of Brutality

Some of the examples of Law Enforcement brutality that occurred on January 6, 2021 – captured on video for all to see -include, but are not limited to, the following:

• The Wrongful Death of Ashli Babbitt at the hands of US Capitol Police Officer Michael Leroy Byrd
• The Vicious Beating of Victoria White in the Lower West Terrace Tunnel (at the hands of MPD Officer Bagshaw who also was the supervisor that ordered the firing of the PepperBall that we believe hit Rosanne Boyland directly in the middle of the forehead)
  
  
  Derrick Vargo is pushed off 2nd-Story ledge by Law Enforcement Officer which resulted in a Broken Back, Broken Legs, and Permanent Injury!

  

• The Illegal and Criminal deployment of munitions from high above the largely peaceful J6 Protestor crowd by MPD Officer Thau, which unlawfully targeted the heads of J6 peaceful protestors
• The Illegal and Criminal pushing of Derrick Vargo off a 2-Story ledge by J6 Law Enforcement Officer.  That officer subsequently peered over the ledged, ridiclued, and laughed down at an unconcious Derrick Vargo
• The illegal and Criminal shooting of a projectile that pierced and lodged within the cheek of peaceful protestor Joshua Black

There are many more accounts of gross negligence and criminal activity at the hands of Law Enforcement on January 6, 2021.  By their own admission in Congressional Hearings and IG Reports, there was a significant breakdown of the law enforcement Command & Control Structure that day, which set the stage for rogue, politically-motivated, and corrupt law enforcement officers to brazenly commit unlawful acts of violence against largely defenseless, peaceful protestors.

Many members of the USCP (US Capitol Police) and the MPD (Metropolitan Police Department) intentionally ignored their training, turned less-lethal munition launchers into LETHAL WEAPONS, and clearly broke the LAW by pruposefully violating the CIVIL RIGHTS of peaceful protestors – all UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW!

A Path Forward: Justice for J6 Cover-Up

This all points to a much larger cover-up by every agency and department involved at the highest levels.  Further, while there is LAW that demands a full public report within 5 days of deploying “Use of Force” or “Less Lethal” munitions – to this very day not a single detailed report has ever been published for the public to see!

This is criminal activity that still to this very day is actively being carried on to misrepresent the actions of Law Enforcement on J6 to the American people…which means there are no statue of limitations which would apply.  Supreme Court precedent exists which holds all those involved in this cover-up directly responsible for their actions and the role they have played to defraud the American people.  This is treasonous!

JUSTICE demands ACCOUNTABILITY by all involved.  Part of the frustration for the larger J6 Community is that we have continually called for these very corrupt organizations, and the corrupt actors within these corrupt organizations, to truthfully and honestly investigate themselves for the criminal conduct some of their own officers engaged in that day which led to DEATH, MAMING, and PERMANENT INJURY to many protestors who were completely peaceful!  All complaints, requests, and efforts have been undermined by a weaponized Law Enforcement, Legislative, and Judicial system.

Over the coming months we will work to strategically, lawfully, and criminally lay out all of these injustices for the American People, the Media, our Congressional Representatives, The White House administration, and the various government agencies they control.  Until the J6ers receive JUSTICE and ACCOUNTABILITY for the injustices perpetrated on them by an out-of-control and politically-weaponized federal government at all levels – NOT A SINGLE AMERICAN CAN EVER HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT JUSTICE EXSTS IN AMERICA!!

Those of us that have been fighting these battles quietly behind the scenes for over 5 years now need the help, support, and assistance from all patriots all across this Great Nation.  We passionately implore for you, your community, your organization, your church, your family, and your friends to UNITE, STAND, and GET INVOLVED in this effort.  We are actively building a COALTITION with the express purpose of restoring JUSTICE for everyone in America.  Justice is the FAIR AND EQUAL APPLICATION OF THE LAW.  When this becomes politically or corruptly weaponized…not a single corrupt actor can ever be held accountable for their actions – especially those well-connected elitests at the highest levels of our federal government. This overwhelmingly usurps the will of WE THE PEOPLE!
