Erika Kirk said Turning Point USA plans to resume and expand its presence on college campuses across the country, emphasizing that the organization intends to continue engaging students directly despite political and cultural tensions surrounding campus activism.
Speaking on Fox News Sunday, Kirk, the widow of late Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, outlined the group’s goals and direction in a conversation with host Shannon Bream.
Kirk said TPUSA will return to college quads with its “prove me wrong” debates, continue hosting nighttime campus events, and proceed with scheduled national tour stops. She noted that the group’s TPUSA Faith initiative will also continue its “Make Heaven Crowded” tour, alongside the work of its campus chapters nationwide.
She also highlighted growing partnerships with state leaders through the organization’s Club America initiative, calling the involvement of governors “humbling and powerful.” Kirk said those partnerships are intended to reinforce the message that young Americans have a meaningful role in public life.
According to Kirk, TPUSA’s outreach is aimed in part at countering what she described as long-standing assumptions about Generation Z.
“For so long Gen Z has been looked at as dismissed or, you know, the confused generation,” she said. “And they’re not. They’re not.”
Kirk added that donors frequently ask how the organization plans to engage young people, and she pointed to Club America as her answer. She described the initiative as a response to concerns about youth civic participation and said support from political leaders has reinforced its importance.
“That is humbling to hear from our leaders, and it’s powerful to witness,” Kirk said.
Turning Point USA has not announced specific dates for upcoming campus events but indicated that its national tours and student programs will continue as scheduled.
