A former pharmaceutical executive released a video asserting that COVID-19 mRNA injections were intentionally engineered to cause widespread injury, claims that have circulated widely online.

Dr. Michael Yeadon, a former vice president who once headed Pfizer’s vaccine research division, has released a video in which he alleges that COVID-19 mRNA injections were deliberately designed to injure, sterilize and reduce the global population, assertions he says are based on his background in toxicology and drug development.
In the video, which has been widely shared on social media and discussed by broadcaster Alex Jones, Yeadon claims the molecular design and delivery systems used in COVID-19 vaccines reveal intentional harm rather than unintended side effects. A partial transcript of Yeadon’s remarks was circulated online by the X account SenseReceptor.
“The really important thing I need to tell you about, because this comes from the core of my training, and then decades of application of looking for potential toxic vulnerabilities in a medicine,” Yeadon said. “It was in the core of my training to look out for molecules and components that were picked, up for good reasons to accomplish some medicinal aim, but might have toxic liabilities.”
Yeadon said he was told that the mRNA injections instructed the body to produce the spike protein associated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, a process he claims would cause the immune system to attack the body’s own cells.
“If you inject me with a gene sequence that will make my body manufacture a foreign protein that isn’t me, that is a viral protein, my body, every cell in my body that follows that instruction will signal to my immune system that I have been attacked,” Yeadon said. “And my immune system goes to war, attacks and kills every cell that complied with that instruction.”
He argued that this mechanism explains a wide range of injuries, stating, “That is what has happened, ladies and gentlemen, to every cell in every tissue, in every person who has been thus injected.”
Yeadon further claimed that differences in how individuals absorbed and expressed the injected material accounted for varying outcomes. “Some people would take it up efficiently, copy it efficiently, make the protein for a long time, and I’m afraid those people are mostly dead,” he said. “Other people took it up poorly, transcribed it poorly, and only briefly, and those people are alive.”
He also asserted that the spike protein itself is inherently toxic. “I could find proteins like it,” Yeadon said. “And I found all of them were known to be toxins like neurotoxins, cardiotoxins and things that would prompt blood coagulation.”
A central focus of Yeadon’s argument involved lipid nanoparticles, the delivery system used in several mRNA vaccines. He said his review of toxicology data showed that lipid nanoparticles tend to concentrate in internal organs, including reproductive tissues.
“As a toxicologist, when I started researching, I thought these things are known to be toxic,” Yeadon said. “Lipid nanoparticles, every one of them tested is known to promote the uptake of their payload into the organs inside your abdomen, what’s called the visceral organs and most prominently, liver and your ovaries.”
He argued that this distribution pattern indicated intent. “The person who picks lipid nanoparticles to formulate these materials knew professionally that when it was injected into women and girls, this material would travel around their body and concentrate in their reproductive organs,” Yeadon said.
“These three things together told me someone got in a room, someone like me, and said, Dr. Yeadon, design injections that will injure, kill, and reduce fertility in the people you give it to,” he said. “And design it so that it won’t kill everybody, it won’t injure everybody. But if we give it to enough people, over time, it will lower the fertility and their health and reduce population.”
The full video containing Yeadon’s statements is available here.
Yeadon’s claims have drawn significant attention online due to his former role in the pharmaceutical industry, though they sharply contradict positions held by public health authorities and regulatory agencies regarding the safety and purpose of COVID-19 vaccines.
