Here we have now sailed a nautical mile further west to a small island and I think it's called Kara This is how it looks Exactly We're right here and there's a totally cute konoba in a Robinson Crusoe style Without any major electricity or other comforts Very very nice And there are also a few more things we can explore here on the island That's why we're going for a little walk and take a look around here a bit Now we also know what this island is famous for and that is the world's largest corkscrew We just found him here now Yes it's obviously a joke I have no idea what it is But I would like the bottle that goes with this corkscrew That would be really cool We are now on the island Here again small hidden bunkers military buildings everywhere All from the war It's already crazy You can't see anything here Extremely well hidden Right at the summit But for the soldiers back then it was probably also a great view if you let go That's really something to say Yes it's totally crazy what they apparently built down from the top of the island into the mountain Actually into the island into the depths It's really amazing what old bunkers you can still find here It's also super spacious in there And if I can believe our restaurant owner it goes down another three floors They already drilled a good amount into this tunnel here Steffi and I are a bit tired today The evening at Konova yesterday got a bit out of hand The weather was wet and cheerful Unfortunately it was too dark for us to film anything Because from a certain time they had to turn off the lights to save electricity But it was a very very nice evening there And now we're already moving on again We are indeed continuing further south toward Dubrovnik Yes because then our time in Croatia will actually be ending soon Soon but we're already mentally preparing for it in a few weeks And now we are here in the small Ankerbucht and will continue to head further south in the next few days And then explore a bit more of southern Croatia We're already looking forward to it We have now driven to Sipan Island and are in a very sweet and protected bay It is well protected from the southern winds that are coming in the next few days And we will use the time to take a little break and explore this small village a bit Let's take a closer look at everything Just stay here for a few days because it's free here This is quite good where we are anchoring And after that we will set off towards Dubrovnik Then it continues further south and eventually also towards Italy Our first big hit with Night Drive We're both really looking forward to seeing how it turns out But it will take a few more weeks before it's time We're going to enjoy the time here and take a look at everything a bit We're going for a short walk because there's a small beach up ahead And when went back in we saw it and we want to take a look Whether you can maybe take another round and go there now with the dinghy Again and again and again and again We're falling falling down we're fading But I know we can save it Because we're like Alpha and Omega Whatever happens doesn't matter I know we can sort it out Alpha and Omega Even if we go through many hardships I know we are Alpha and Omega Maybe it's also interesting to know we have a Torquedo here an electric outboard motor And so far we are really satisfied with it also in terms of reach I mean it's now 100% charged and that's how we manage it Also I'll say that at such a medium speed that's about 2.5 knots It already goes up to 6 knots but the more you use it the more power it consumes But we can already manage about 30 kilometers at 2.5 knots That's not bad at all about 15 nautical miles This is not the place where you can do extended dinghy tours Then from one bay to another but that's not what we have in mind at all But if you just take a quick look from the ship into the harbor or the next bay that works great We can load him directly on board through our solar panels We are really satisfied with that so far Yes it really looks very nice here the little beach bar That's really cool maybe we'll go there tomorrow for a little cocktail And parked directly across is also a superyacht Also truly interesting what you can discover here in this small cove As you may have already noticed Ruben and I really enjoy cooking They especially like to eat what is cooked And we came across a few of your comments in the previous videos You wrote me that sometimes it also amuses you what we cook here And that's why we've done a little test run for you We filmed a short cooking sequence for you which you will now see right after this And if you're up for it we could do something like that more often maybe once or twice a month Quick video on top then comment under it We'd be happy to And we have two or three dishes that we'd love to share with you because they taste really good Have a lot of fun with it
