Hello all you freedom-loving people. Welcome to another episode of Front Page. I'm your host Scott Kamangule. In the last video we introduced the energy level theory and the results of Dr. David Hawkins research. To summarize, an energy level of 250 is the beginning of a meaningful and fulfilling life for a person. Last time we talked about reason with an energy level of 400. Next up is love with an energy level of 500. Passing 500 is another huge jump in energy levels. Love here is not the usual sense of love as portrayed in various media because love in the usual sense can immediately turn into resentment once it is frustrated. Okay, let's get into it. This 500 energy level is unconditional love, unchanging love, and permanent love. This love does not waver. It does not come from external factors. We would more accurately call it compassion. It is forgiving, nourishing, and sustaining the world. It is love from the heart. It is the energy level of true happiness. For those who transcend this level of 500, material wealth and worldly needs become irrelevant. And this is exactly why those true practitioners, spiritual leaders, great masters, and the very few great artists do not chase after or covet material gain. Next is joy. Joy has an energy level of 540. As love or compassion becomes more and more infinite, it begins to develop into inner joy. This is the joy that rises from within, not from outside, in every moment. People at this level have the ability to heal others. From there, there are many saints and advanced practitioners and healers. People at this level are characterized by their great patience and their enduring optimism and compassion for the plight of those repeatedly revealed. People who reach this level can have a significant impact on the people and events around them. They bring compassion and peace to their surroundings. People with a level of 500 see things in the world in a positive and tolerant light. They recognize that all people have the potential to change for the better, and they are willing to give imperfect people the opportunity to improve themselves. Many people who have had a near-death experience have experienced a feeling of warmth, comfort, and goodness that seems to be surrounded by love and caring during the transition to another dimension. This is similar to the state of energy floating between 540 and 600. Now it's time to talk about peace, an energy level of 600. In fact, energy levels beyond 540 are more common among spiritual practitioners. The level of 600 is even more rare, with only one person out of 10 million being able to reach it. It's difficult to express their state clearly in human language. For example, their perception of all things in the world is unusually sharp. On a large scale, they can tell the future changes of the world in the smallest details. They can know the thoughts of cattle and horses. However, they do not intend to know these things, and they are in a state of living in the human world, but transcending the human world. I don't know if you can understand what I'm saying anyway. I think it's hard to describe it clearly. If you talk to these people, you will find that they are intellectually gifted, and they have a deep and sober view of human affairs. At the same time, they understand the karmic relationship between things, so they will not easily interfere or comment. But this is not indifference. It is just that they know that things have their own laws, which are often beyond human control. However, when they feel that the fate of heaven or the human race as a whole is under great threat, they will try their best to do what is good for the whole human race. The highest level is enlightenment. Enlightenment has an energy level of 700 to 1000. This is the energy level of all the great men and women in history who have created spiritual models for countless generations to follow. This is the energy level of the powerful inspirations, the energy level of those who are born and formed with an energetic field that influenced all of humanity. These lives are selfless, totally selfless. It's difficult to find a worldly name for these great beings who have reached such a high intellectual level in history. However, in religion or spirituality, devotees call them by the name Master or Lord. Buddhists use the term Lord Buddha to refer to the Buddha of their faith, and Christians call Jesus Christ their Lord. I think this is also the most appropriate title. I'm not going to describe the state of this level, but we can refer to the deeds of these realized ones in history. We can only admire them with respect and use their deeds to inspire ourselves to higher realms. So this is the end of the introduction of the different energy levels. Since the ups and downs of energy levels are directly related to one state of mind, can we make our energy higher through training? Yes, it is possible, but it's more difficult than physical training, but there are ways to make it happen. So how do you raise your personal energy level? Scientists have found that the key factor that really determines the energy level of a person's consciousness is that person's social motivation and state of mind. So upgrading the state of mind can radically transform everything in your life. Honesty, compassion, and understanding increase one's willpower and change the vibrational frequency of particles in the body. This in turn improves physical and mental health. Evil thoughts lead to the lowest frequency. When you think nasty evil thoughts, you are weakening yourself. Evil thoughts, indifference, remorse, fear, and anxiety, craving, anger, and resentment, arrogance, all of these are bad for you. It is very unfortunate that we do not live in an age of high energy levels. 85% of the world's population is below 200 as measured in 1994. Why is this so? Because most of the current popular culture is a lower energy level of consciousness. The vast majority of popular songs have energy levels below 200. However, most movies reduce the audience's energy level to a level below 200. The same is true of popular paintings. This explains why there is so much sin and misery in the world today. So what is high-powered culture? Classical literature, classical music, and traditional realistic paintings are high-powered. However, fewer and fewer people are enjoying these works. Here's a secret. Experts in conscious energy believe that the reason most people don't engage with the classics is because their energy levels don't correspond to the energy level of the classics. That is, they can't stay in resonance with the classics, and rightly so, they don't read the classics. So, how do we raise our energy levels? Maybe you guessed it already. The way to raise our energy level is to give up things at a lower energy level and to stay with things at a higher energy level. This includes people with high energy levels, high energy books, music, movies, videos, portraits, crafts, gentle cats, and cute dogs. Strive to live a life of elegance, calm, and serenity, so that the best of this world surrounds you. We have to choose to live among the best things that exist in this world, to read and disseminate an article full of positive energy, to recite a beautiful poem, to read an autobiography of a great man, to admire a painting by a famous ancient artist, to play the best classical record, to listen to a stirring speech, to meet with a motivated and charming person, to watch the grandeur of a sunrise or a sunset, to go to silence and enjoy the chirping of the insects, the chirping of the birds, and the blooming of the flowers. We should work on freeing ourselves from the worthless thoughts, the worthless actions, and the worthless relationships in our lives. We are more or less moving up in the hierarchy, or at least not down, if we make the effort to keep the most wonderful things in the world around us. And all of this is also creating an energy field that vibrates at a high frequency. Allowing those high energy levels to linger around you will naturally cause you to vibrate at a higher energy level. Works of art, music, and architecture with energy levels between 600 and 700 can even temporarily transport us to what is commonly thought of as a psychic and eternal state. So, wouldn't it be wonderful to always be in the company of such works and music? So, what is the surefire way to dramatically increase energy levels? What I've mentioned so far is a way to ensure that your energy level does not go down. If you do this consistently, over a long period of time, you will be able to raise your energy level. But there is a limit to this increase. If one wants to raise one's energy level significantly, it's not an easy task. That is because it takes an enormous amount of life energy to progress from one level to a higher level. It can be extremely difficult for even one person to advance up one level in a lifetime. However, it's not impossible to realize this. It's only that some prerequisites are required. First of all, it's necessary to change one's mindset. There is an underlying law of the universe by which everyone in the world is governed. This law tells us that the necessary prerequisite for one's consciousness to progress at the energy level is that one must have an open mind and be an empty cup. At the same time, there must be a strong desire to willingly elevate and aspire to the advancement of consciousness, and the more urgent and intense this desire for self-improvement becomes, the better. In the history of the progress of human consciousness, the most common and dangerous form of ignorance is the refusal to believe in facts and truths that already exist. Even though they are invisible and unseen, people refuse to believe because they are confined to a conservative, stubborn, rigid, inflexible, false belief and a narrow vision. The first thing one has to do to make a great leap in the level of consciousness is to give up the illusion of I know. This is because light can never shine into a closed box. After you have done this, you need to have the luck to meet a true master and study and practice under his guidance. This is the true way to rapidly and dramatically raise the vibrational level of self-conscious energy. So, why did I say it takes luck to meet such a teacher? There are very few books, music, movies, artwork, articles, buildings, etc. in this world that have an energy level higher than 500, let alone people. The highest energy level that Dr. David Hawkins ever encountered in his more than two decades of research was 700, which appeared when he studied Mother Teresa. The moment Mother Teresa walked into the room, happiness filled the hearts of all those present and her presence made it almost impossible to think of any distractions or resentments. Energy level of 1,000 is said to be the will or spirit of God, which is the frequency of absolute power or even higher. Legend has it that the appearance of Jesus in the village caused the people who gathered around to have nothing but Jesus in their hearts. This kind of God appeared more than 2,000 years ago. So, if you are fortunate enough to be able to meet someone on a high energy level, it is a tremendous blessing and destiny for you. To illustrate this in greater detail, we can look at the situation of human beings. As we mentioned earlier, 85% of the world's population is at a level below 200. In fact, the collective consciousness of humanity has been stuck at 190 for hundreds of years. This is very dangerous for human beings. If the human race stays below 200 for a long time, it will bring incalculable consequences to the world. Many prophets have predicted that this means the end of the world will come soon, or one could say a new beginning, or perhaps the rapture. We should also remember that many prophecies said that December 31st 1999 would be the last day of mankind, and the Mayan prophecy said that in 2012, mankind would suffer a devastating catastrophe. All of these prophecies were made at a time when the level of human consciousness was below 200. Strangely enough, the collective consciousness level of human beings began to rebound in the mid 1990s. By the year 2006, it was at 204, and in 2007, it was 205. We can say that this phenomenon is strange because statistics from a large amount of data show that, in general, a person's energy field does not change much throughout his or her life. If it is not prompted by a major event, if it is not guided by a higher power or a master, the energy level of the consciousness of the vast majority of people can only go up by about five points in their lifetime. Therefore, the phenomenon of the collective consciousness energy level rising suggests that there is a higher energy that connects everyone to everything, even if most people don't realize it. This is because scientists have discovered that, in human society, the energy of a few high-level people can neutralize the sum of the energies of a large number of low-level people. For example, a person with an energy level of 300 is equivalent to 9,000 people with an energy level of less than 200. A person of 400 energy level is equivalent to 40,000 people with an energy level below 200, and a person with a power of 600 is equivalent to 1,000,000 people with a power less than 200, and a person with an energy level of 700 is equivalent to 7,000,000 people with an energy level of less than 200, and twelve people with an energy level of 700 is equivalent to one person with an energy level of 1000. Therefore, as long as there is one being on earth whose energy level of consciousness reaches the value of the 1000 scale, his positive energy is enough to dissolve all the negative energies of all the people in the whole of mankind, so that the overall average energy tier of the people on earth exceeds 200. In other words, a conscious being on earth is able to make the overall energy tier of all the people in the whole of mankind not be so low as to be heading toward disaster or even extinction. Then there must have been an event before and after 1994 that raised the spiritual level of mankind. And generally speaking, there should have been a large group of practitioners. I did some research and found that there was indeed one event that could correspond to this, and that was the spread of Falun Dafa. We have mentioned this group many times, and their beliefs are truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. Using the theory of energy levels that we are talking about today, these qualities belong to the highest levels of energy. The teachings of Falun Dafa require believers to think of others, not to think of their own interests, and to treat everything with good thoughts. Of course, I'm being quite simplistic. The founder of Falun Dafa, Mr. Li Hongzhi, has a book called Zhuan Falun, which means turning the wheel of law. This book explains this theory in great detail. I've read it myself, and I have benefited greatly from it. I recommend that you read this book, and of course I'm not trying to sell this book, because you can read it online for free.
