The Prizm Outlets sometimes referred to as the Primm Mall opened its doors for the first time in 1998 as the Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas. The Prizm Outlets are located on thh Nevada side of the California Nevada state line in the town of Primm, only about 40 miles outside of Las Vegas.
The Prizm Outlets were capable of accommodating 100 different merchants but according to online sources only two stores remain open while the food court is completely vacant. However during this visit in March 2024 only one store remains open. At first glance this mall looks to be filled with graffit but with a closer look it seems to just be apart of the malls decor which seems to have been an odd choice. Maybe this atmosphere is what has contributed the downfall of this now dead mall.

It's the prism outlets formerly known as the fashion outlets of Las Vegas. It is a
371,000 square foot outlet shopping center in prim, Nevada located off of the interstate 15 at the California
Nevada State Line
This is approximately 40 miles southwest of Las Vegas. It is owned by
Rialto Capital Management on land leased from the prim family
It is connected to the prim Valley Resort the fashion outlets of Las Vegas open on July 16th
1998 with approximately 100 retailers
tenant occupancy and sales decreased during the 2010s due to competition from
Las Vegas premium outlets as well as online retail by 2020
It was rebranded to the prism outlets and as of 2024
There is only one store left open and that is a brief history of the prism outlet at the California, Nevada
State Line
