In today's video, I go to a duplex where one side was having difficulty with the air conditioning. What the tenants told me is that it just seemed to struggle and work harder than it normally does. What I found was a 1984 air handler that was absolutely filthy. The condenser was from 1994 but the pressures told me that maybe the blower motor was dirty or the evaporator hole and what I found was the blower motor in the entire compartment in there was filthy. So I pulled the blower cleaned everything out real good and my pressure is improved dramatically!
