In today's video, I'm going to a six or seven month old ACIQ extreme install. The problem I was experiencing was no low voltage to the thermostat. I eventually track down that the main board with the LEDs in the front was not passing my 24 V from the transformer to the thermostat wires. Now ACIQ overnighted me aboard and I was able to get it repaired within 26 hours so I did get him going by the next day!
