In today's video, I'm going to a rental property that has been having trouble with their air conditioner to give them an estimate on a new system. I'll walk you through the old house and some of the decrepit things that I find in there and we talk about what needs to be done to give them exactly what is needed in a professional manner. Plus, I discuss replacing the gas furnace with an  @ACIQComfort  heat pump without having to rewire the house.
