Hello everyone, welcome back to my special series.
Today will be the second podcast where I will continue talking about my journey back to Vietnam.
In my journey, as in part 1, it was a decision that took me many years.
It's not easy at all.
And I think it's the same for many people.
It's extremely difficult to give up something that you are on the top of.
Because you have too many things to lose.
And when you have nothing, it's different.
But sometimes we have to work hard and think carefully about what we think we are losing.
Are we losing or not?
Or are we liberating ourselves so that we can go to something better?
In this series, I will share with you about my journey.
And I want to say that it's not right for everyone.
But I believe that there are people out there who need to hear this.
Because it will be a motivation for them to understand that they are not alone.
They are not abnormal.
As I said in part 1, we are all normal.
We are just not living with our true nature.
I see this as a chain for me to connect, to share.
I see this as a chain for my children, my friends.
When they grow up, they will be able to hear this.
At some point in their lives, they will feel trapped.
And so will my friends.
I don't know.
These things I say may not be necessary to someone.
But what can it do to someone?
So why don't I share it?
Let's go back to why I came back to Vietnam.
And what did I do during that journey?
The fact that I felt that life was not right for me for so many years
caused me to have a disease.
I was so tired.
Even when I wanted to try, I couldn't.
I really couldn't go to work anymore.
At that time, I really lost my physical ability.
I don't know how to explain this to you.
But I believe that many people in my situation will understand.
Because I used to be very stubborn.
I was a very resilient person.
I was very determined and stubborn with what I wanted to do.
But when your physical health is no longer allowed,
you can't be stubborn anymore.
At that time, I had to give up.
And when I came back to Vietnam,
the first moment I set foot at the airport,
I felt like I was alive again.
I really felt like I was alive again.
I only stayed in Vietnam for 2-3 days.
I didn't go home right away, I had to go to some places.
In those 2-3 days, I didn't eat at home,
I didn't eat at home, I didn't eat at home,
I didn't eat outside, I didn't eat outside, I didn't eat outside,
But my body was completely restored.
I clearly had the sign of a healthy body.
My face was happy, younger.
My hair was curly.
My skin didn't need to be moisturized, it was beautiful.
I think it's easy to understand,
because in Vietnam, the moisture level is higher than abroad.
But everything came back to me.
I was very happy when I got home.
A place where I could find all the inspirations,
the things I had done there.
But when I went abroad, I had to put it aside.
I like to draw.
I like to dance.
I like to sing.
I like to make handmade things.
Handmade flowers.
In general, I am quite skillful.
I like to do things like that.
It is creative.
If I can do creative things, I will be more creative.
It is like that.
But I went to work in an office,
and I couldn't balance it.
I lost half of my body.
During my trip back to Vietnam,
I took a break.
I meditated every morning.
I did a lot of things.
I did activities like dancing,
singing,
exercising.
I did everything.
I learned how to draw.
I did everything I had to do
when I left Vietnam and went abroad.
I did everything.
Then I realized one thing.
Actually,
I lost my passion
for my career.
Because I was unbalanced.
I didn't have a balance.
I should have done half of
what I was doing
when I went back to Vietnam.
The other half,
I had to spend time
for my soul,
for my passion.
I didn't have to do that
to make money or anything.
But it's our life.
We have to balance between
physical and spiritual life.
We can't do both.
We have to balance it.
During a long time
in Vietnam,
I realized
it didn't come immediately.
I had to observe
every day
to see
what I was missing.
Where did I lose myself?
How do I balance it?
Because
when I realized I didn't want to work anymore,
it was like a square
that broke in front of me.
Why? I love finance.
I've been working for years.
I've achieved a lot.
I've been recognized.
What if I don't like it now?
It has nothing to do with it.
Why can't I say I don't like it?
If I don't like it,
how can I do it?
It makes me feel
I don't understand what's going on.
At that time,
I felt depressed.
I don't know about you,
but I felt
it was terrible.
I used to think it was my passion.
Now,
I don't like it anymore.
At that time,
I decided to put it aside.
I decided to stay in the present.
The present moment.
The reason I came back to Vietnam
was to take a break.
To do the things
I've been neglecting.
So I decided to do it first.
The light will come.
It will come.
Don't look for it like that.
Because when it's not enough,
it won't come.
It's like there's a saying,
when a student is ready,
the teacher will come.
So I don't have to rush.
Because I see my life,
and the life of society,
we have to rush.
We have to answer immediately.
We are always brainwashed like that.
We can't live calmly.
We don't enjoy the moments we are living.
Or we are with our loved ones.
We are talking.
We are not like that.
We have to rush.
We have to talk,
hold the phone,
work,
we are pulled out.
So I decided to
put it aside.
What I need to do now,
what I want to do here,
I have to focus on it first.
And so,
I continued my journey.
I enjoyed it every day.
In the morning,
I sat on the beach.
After that,
I walked to the beach.
After that,
I went to breakfast.
When I had time to dance,
I went to dance.
When I came back,
I did my own things.
I had lunch,
I read books,
I did what I like.
I enjoyed life.
I did what I like.
After that,
I went to the gym in the afternoon.
I went to the beach.
I went with my friends.
I did a lot of activities.
My life was like that.
After a while,
I felt like
I had enough energy.
It was like my brain
started to work again.
That was when
my insight came.
I realized that
I didn't like
what I was doing.
I did like it.
But I only liked it
for a few hours a day.
I didn't need 8 hours.
I needed a few hours
to read books.
I like reading books.
I'm very egotistical.
I want to learn and read everything.
But actually,
when I came home from work,
I was so tired
after having a meal
and a drink.
I couldn't get up early
Actually,
everything was cut off.
I couldn't be myself.
It was tiring.
I felt like
I could only go to work for a few hours.
For the remaining hours,
I had time to read books.
I was able to let go of my passions.
I was able to see the truth.
I realized that
I understood.
I was able to summarize
everything about me
from childhood to adulthood.
I could see that
I was able to speak for myself.
I wasn't like other people.
I was good at studying.
I didn't have a problem with my left and right brain.
I mean,
I liked to write,
I liked to draw.
I liked to do math.
When I went to work,
I called it my right and left brain.
I was using
all of my left brain.
But I liked to write,
draw,
or do other things
on my right brain.
I almost turned it off.
I couldn't live my life
the way I wanted to.
When I realized that
after a while
I took a break
and enjoyed my life,
I understood that.
I didn't feel like
I was broken.
I realized that
I didn't have any passion
for what I was doing.
It was like I was healed.
I realized that
I was just using it too much.
I shouldn't have used it that much.
It was my fault.
I followed the society.
I made a mistake.
I made a mistake with myself.
I lost myself.
That's why
everything had to happen.
It was like a mirror
that I had to glue together.
I had to glue
all the pieces together
to understand
how my body
functioned.
I don't know if you understand
what I'm saying.
It's a little bit
too visual.
I just said it
because it was right in front of me.
I imagined that
the mirror was like my body.
It was like that.
But I didn't really understand
what each part,
each cell,
each emotion was.
When it was broken,
you had to glue it back together
to understand
what each part,
each cell,
each emotion was.
That's when I realized
that I knew
I had to be like that.
I couldn't work full-time anymore.
I couldn't.
I could only do part-time work.
I could do it for 4 hours.
It was easy.
I didn't have to do anything else.
I could even do it for less than 4 hours.
But I had to be fair.
I couldn't spend all my energy
just to make money
that didn't fit my personal life.
Some people will say
how can you live without money?
I haven't talked about money.
Because I'm talking about part-time work.
I still have to make money.
If you think
you have to have a lot,
how much is enough?
I used to have a lot.
I didn't spend all that money.
But on the contrary,
when I was sick,
I spent a lot of money
to buy medicine,
but it didn't work.
Because that's not the way.
Because you didn't go to the root
of the problem to solve it.
You are solving the problems
of the root.
So I say that the mind
is a chain,
a combination that cannot be separated.
A thing that is separated
will completely destroy the process,
the operation
of that whole combination.
How can a car
run without a part
in its engine?
Or if it can run,
how long will it last?
How long will it last?
And does it work
with its true power?
Does it work with its best power?
Of course not.
So we
really need to recognize
what we are doing
with ourselves.
What are we doing with ourselves?
Where are we?
In this journey,
what are we doing
with our body,
with our spiritual spirit?
Are we really listening to it?
Are we really
nurturing it?
Or are we exploiting it?
Exploitation is definitely over.
So what do we need to do?
We can't
continue to live like this.
Living like this is a kind of
emotionless life.
I think there are a lot of people
out there sharing and talking about this issue.
And so do I.
I feel like this is an issue
that needs to be shared.
To end today's podcast,
I have a few words
to say to all of you
so that you can
do better than me
and pay attention to yourself
before it's too late.
In this world,
there is sound and there is space.
There can't be only one thing
that exists without the other.
So if we don't live in balance,
the space in our body
is not balanced
between matter and spirit,
then at some point,
that balance will be too loose
and problems will arise
to force that balance
to return to its most balanced position.
And how is it shown?
About life,
about marriage, about friends,
everything will be
mixed up,
it will be stirred up
so that it will be balanced
and placed in the right
positions where it needs to be placed.
So I say,
we need to live,
not just go out to make money and work.
Maybe you can't
do what I do,
leaving my job
and going abroad for a while.
I hope you can
balance everything
in your life,
even a little bit.
Pay attention to yourself,
to your spirit, to your body.
Slowly we will improve.
You don't have to do
exactly like your journey.
Because I believe that everyone
will have a certain journey,
everyone will have a certain way
to balance themselves.
But I also believe that
if you can't do that,
if you don't balance your life
between spirit and material,
then at some point you will
receive the consequences of it
and it will happen like me.
When you get sick,
you can't do anything anymore.
At that time, you want to try,
but you can't try anymore.
At that time, you even spend more money
for your treatment.
So the message in this episode
I want to tell you is
try to balance
as much as possible in your ability,
in your conditions and conditions
so that you have a
more balanced life
between body and mind
and it is not too tilted to one side.
Only when we really pay attention
to every moment we live,
we listen to our heartbeats,
we spend moments for ourselves,
especially before you go to sleep,
I think you should turn off
all mobile devices,
put it aside
and before you go to sleep,
lie on the bed and relax
and listen to what your body
wants to tell you.
Don't hold your phone
until you are too tired
and you turn off the phone and go to sleep.
You will never know
what your body needs
and when your body
needs it.
You have to try to call
to give you information
or call for help.
It is no longer gentle words,
but it will be expressed by diseases
and many other things
to force you to pay attention to it.
You have to ask
why are these things happening to me?
Why do I suffer like this?
Why do I have this and that?
Because instead of spending
5-10 minutes a day
to listen to your inner voice
and listen to
what your body
wants to tell you,
what your mental body is like,
what's going on inside
we don't do that.
It has to happen
so that when we are
in pain, we can sit down
because obviously
no one is naturally happy
and wants to find out for themselves.
I rarely see that
we just turn around
to find out
what's going on around us
when we have to face
difficult situations,
tragedies,
or emotions that are
caused by some situations
in life.
We have to sit down
to observe and talk to ourselves.
This is the time
when we need to be very alert.
I have a piece of advice
for you right now.
If you are having
any difficulties in your life,
don't rush it.
Don't think it's a bad thing
or bad luck.
Take this opportunity
to know that
this is a chance for us
to look back at everything
around us,
to see
everything inside us
more clearly
so that from there
we can adjust everything
in our lives.
I think you will
hear the term awakening.
I think you should understand
that this is a stage
when you are being called to awaken
to return to your true soul.
What is necessary for you?
Look at it from a positive perspective.
There is something like this.
When a positive question is asked,
there will be a positive answer
and a negative answer.
So if you look at all the problems,
all the obstacles,
all the difficulties in your life
with a
conservative mindset
that this happened to me
because of something.
What do I need to look at here?
Where have I been lacking?
What mistakes have I made in my life?
What do I need to do
so that I can live
harmoniously with my spirit,
with my soul
that is not just gone
as before.
When you ask such positive questions,
the positive answer will be given to you.
A positive question
will receive a positive answer
and vice versa.
So you need to be very careful
when you face a situation
or a difficult situation.
If you just see a difficulty
and immediately you say
Oh my God, it happened again.
Actually,
it's a complaint.
At that time, you haven't really seen
what it's coming to you
to make you angry
to make you learn a lesson
that you are just uncomfortable with it.
Actually, it doesn't solve
the nature of the problem.
It will continue to happen
and its intensity
will increase more and more
and more uncomfortable.
So when you have to face
a difficult situation,
the first thing you have to understand
is that this is not
the difficulty to
kill you
or to make you
more miserable.
It's not like that.
And when everything happens to you,
you will feel sad,
you cry or whatever you do.
But that is for you to express
the most emotional moment
at the time of the situation.
But after that,
calm down and look back.
Because if you look back
at a previous life,
a previous journey,
you have complained a lot
about the difficulties.
But it can't be solved.
Or things get more and more
complicated.
It makes you more and more uncomfortable.
So calm down.
There's nothing we can't solve.
But how do we solve it
with an attitude?
That's very important.
In the next part,
I will share more about
how I received help
and support
when I dared to go
the right way.
It came to me very miraculously.
Please look forward to the next episode.
