TYNE VALLEY AQUATICS STOCK UPDATE 31st MARCH 2014

I'm just making this just so you can see what's come in in the last week or so. There's obviously a nation of other fish which I'm not even going to mention but if you want to know anything about the stock, any prices or if you want to order any fish, please call the shop. The number is along the bottom of the video and also in the video description. Here's some mixed small angels. They're £1.99, 5 or 8 quid. They're all dark this week but there's some quite nice colours amongst them. Some quite large black Corydoras there, quite chunky fish. They are £6.99 or £3 for £18. Here's something we haven't had in for a while, Galaxy Rasbora. They're pretty small but some of them are reasonably coloured already. A bit better once they get fed up a little bit. They are £3.99 each or £5 for £18. And these little fellas are Rasbora erythromycron. You get quite a nice emerald green sort of pattern on them with stripes and a spot. Not very colourful at the moment, but that's the one we haven't had in for a while. They're £2.49 each, or £5 for £11. Some nice electric blue rams. They're only £8.99, or £5 for £40. They normally cost a bit more than that, but we got them on offer this week. There's an absolutely humongous peppered Cory. We've got a few of those, and they're £5.99 each. There's another one. Absolutely massive. There's some Cory julii. They're £5.99, or £2 for £10. Some nice zebra smoke angels. The patterns on them are lovely. Very nice shape. They're 4.99 each, or two for nine pound. We've also got some extra large Epistogramma fire reds. That's the male, and that's the female. And they're 22 pound a pair. These are green Gardneri killifish. That's male and female. Male on the left, female on the right. And they're 6.99 a pair. Now these fellas are Neolamprologus temporalis, and these are shell dwellers from Lake Tanganyika in Africa. They're 7.99 each. These are also Shell Dwellers and these are Neolamprologus meelii. They're also £7.99. These are yet another Shell Dweller from Lake Tanganyika. These are Neolamprologus ocellatus gould and again they're £7.99 each. Here's some male guppies. They're £1.99 or £5 for £8.75. A reasonable mix of colours this week. We've got some large diamond rosy barbs. They're quite a nice fish. Very colourful. These are Festive or Flag Cichlid. They're approximately three inches long or so and they're 5.99 each. There's some extra large pearl gouramis there. They're 3.99 or two for seven pounds. There's some small black ghost knifefish. They're probably about three and a half inches long and they're 9.99 each. They're probably some of the biggest swordtails you'll ever see in your life. They're 5.49 each or four for 20 pounds. The size of that is massive. We've got some Siamese algae eaters in there. They're great for eating beard algae and black algae. Something that most fish just don't touch. They're £3.99 each, or £2 for £7. Very similar to a Jewel Cichlid, and they are £6.99 each. There's some nice big Diamond Tetra there, which are £3.49 each, or £4 for £13. And these are Blonde Endlers, also known as Venus Guppies. And in with them we've got some Amano Shrimps. They're £2.99 each, or £5 for £13. They're also known as black bar endlers. We've also got some paradise fish as well. They're £2.99 each, or £2 for £5. We've got some extra large bamboo shrimps. They're £12.99 each. And in here we've got some gold white cloud mountain minnows. £1.49 each, or £5 for £6.50. And there's also some ram's horn snails. Which are 99 pence each. And you've got red ones and black ones. There's also some very large pinstripe Hong Kong Pleco. And they're 11.99 each. They're a beautiful fish. Some quite colourful red cap orandas there. And they're 3.99 each or 2 for £7. Some black moors there. They're quite a size. And they're 4.99 each or 3 for £13.99. Some large Denison eyebarbs. Also known as Denison's flying fox there. And they are £10.99 each, or £2 for £20. We also have got a few hatchet fish. These ones are black wing hatchet fish. And they are £2.99 each, or 5 for £13. Just look at the colours on that. It's practically glowing. That's a crown-tailed male fighter. And they are £5.99 each. Well, that's about it. As I said, I tend to pick just the highlights out. There was a lot of fish came in but there was quite a lot of common things like guppies, mollies, platys, swordtails, all sorts of tetras. What you've seen there is probably the best of them. And if anybody's wondering what those little tablets of food were that was stuck on the glass in some of the tanks, that's what they were. It's fish science, fish treats with shrimp. You basically just take them out, stick them on the glass and they stay stuck for ages. You can even snap them into smaller pieces and they'll still stick. It just brings all the shy fish to the front, hence I was able to get some quite good footage. They also do them in an algae version as well, so your plex will come from the hiding places right up to the front so you can actually see them. I've got a range of this food which I'll be selling on eBay pretty soon. And sometime in the next week, hopefully, I'll do a video specifically about all the different types of food in this range. They're all made of totally natural stuff, and they also have garlic, which helps the fish immune system, digestion. And because they sweat out that garlic, it also helps to protect them from parasites as well. So it's excellent food. It's pretty reasonably priced as well. So watch out for that video. Thanks for watching.
