Alright, welcome back everybody.
We have weather expert Stephanie Barakello joining us now live
in studio. Yes, the sunshine is coming out this weekend.
It is. It's going to get better.
I know we've been in the very dreary stretch here, haven't we?
Okay, look at how cool this shot is.
So we just had a few sprinkles roll through Milwaukee
and now some sunshine is coming in behind that little sprinkle.
This is how the rest of the day is likely going to play out.
Cloudy conditions, sprinkle from time to time,
maybe a few peaks of sun. This again is the last day.
More sunshine is on the way.
on the way tomorrow. Now we're sitting at 53 degrees
but we will likely not climb much more
so it is going to be significantly cooler today compared to yesterday.
You can see the little
green spots here across Milwaukee and Waukesha County.
A few more up towards the north too into
Fond du Lac and northern Dodge County.
Those are all just very brief sprinkles but they will continue
to move southeast. There's
also a little bit more west of Green Bay associated with a second cold front
We had a cold front yesterday,
so this is another one working its way on.
through and that's why temperatures will continue
to drop throughout the rest of today. But the bigger picture.
So clearly this is a big system bringing a lot of cloud cover.
Most of the rain is east of us now,
but the clouds extend as far west as the Dakotas.
Then there's the high pressure.
So once we get these clouds out of here tomorrow, then we should see
a nice long stretch of sunshine really through the weekend
and early next week. Let's check in with Sky Vision Plus right now.
It's going to be breezy today. It's going to be cloudy most
of the day with some peaks of sun and you can still see a lot of
We'll see a few showers from time
to time through about your dinner hour.
Past that, we'll begin to dry out.
Clouds may even decrease in some spots by tomorrow morning.
Rain will likely be over the lake, though, throughout the day tomorrow.
So lakeshore communities, lingering cloud cover.
It's going to be another windy day, and it's going to be a chilly day
with temperatures only in the 40s.
That'll be the first time this season
that we see high temps in the 40s.
It's all thanks to that second front moving through.
So we're out ahead of the front, meaning we're in the 50s,
but you can see that drop in north.
Northern Wisconsin, as well as parts of Minnesota,
Rhinelander only sitting at 40 degrees right now.
So from here, temperatures are going to fall into the 40s.
It's going to be a cool evening, to say the very least.
Overnight tonight, the first of many nights with lows in the 30s.
So not only are we going to be...
Cooler during our afternoons,
but our nighttime temperatures certainly going to feel more fall-like,
right around freezing for those far inland spots.
40s for high temperatures Friday afternoon,
and then look at Saturday morning,
upper 20s inland to right around freezing lakeside.
That would be the first time this season
that Milwaukee drops to the freezing mark,
which is actually pretty far behind average.
On average, we see that first freeze at the end of October.
Your full six-day planner showing the chance of a few more showers.
Throughout the day today, highs in the 50s and then tomorrow
the sunshine returns, but it is going to be even cooler.
The weekend is looking lovely.
Saturday is still a little chilly, but we need to remind ourselves
that those low 50s are normal for this time in November.
And then we actually warm up a bit. Nicola,
Monday and Tuesday were in the 60s and I think we drop a little.
