Democrats now control the House and the Senate.
Now, take a moment, guys. Scream into a throw
pillow. I'll wait. Are you guys done?
Okay, great, because here's a twist that the media
would rather you didn't notice.
One man called it less than 24 hours before the polls opened.
Stephen Miller, he grabbed the microphone
and he delivered a full-blown wartime warning. In fact,
President Donald Trump took a bullet for you.
He bled for you. All he needed was your vote.
America heard that and apparently hit snooze.
Texas.
Texas, guys. The state where toddlers owned
cowboy boots before they owned shoes. They
just sent James Talarico to the Senate over Ken Paxton.
Now, somewhere a longhorn is applying for
an emotional support animal.
Kansas elected its first Democrat senator since 1932. 1932, folks.
Babe Ruth was still swinging for the Yankees.
Susan Collins finally lost in Maine after 30
years of being deeply concerned. Oh, and Michigan? Yeah, Michigan.
Michigan. Miller warned them about Abdul El-Sayed. Michigan said,
thanks for the heads up, and they elected him anyway.
Meanwhile, the British press is throwing
a tea party. Nothing says great night
for America quite like the people we beat in 1776 cheering.
Oh, and the Save America Act? Oh yeah, it said one thing.
Only citizens vote. That's all
the Save America Act said. This is the whole bill.
Senate Republicans let it die on John Thune's desk like
a houseplant nobody watered. We don't
have the votes, they said.
Well, congratulations, fellas. You really don't.
Well, I think the president...
I've heard from him a couple times
this morning on issues that he cares about.
I wouldn't say I'm isolated, no.
I mean, I've been very clear about
the prospects for the Save America Act.
And the only thing I've said all along is there are,
one, we have voted on the Save America Act five times.
It was the pending business on the floor
of the Senate for over two weeks.
And I am willing to, in any way possible,
get that across the finish line if there is a path to do it.
But there are two realities and two facts you have to deal with.
The first is,
There are no Democrats who are going to vote for this.
All 47 voted against the SAVE Act five times.
So let's make this an issue in the campaign.
How about we go out and turn our fire on Democrats
and make it about them opposing the SAVE Act?
So we're not, that's the point.
So we're not getting any Democrats.
The second thing is we are not getting rid
of the legislative filibuster.
The votes aren't there to do that.
I've made it abundantly clear many, many times.
And it seems to me some days that I'm
the only one here who can count to 50.
in this town, but we don't have the votes to get rid of the filibuster.
Now you really don't. So what's next? Impeachment talks? Subpoenas?
The committee rooms are already ordering extra paper.
But hold on, guys. Florida held the line.
Ron DeSantis' map worked like a charm.
And Stephen Miller's playbook, The Border,
The Deportations, The H-1B Crackdown,
doesn't need a hall pass from Congress. Today,
who really lost the Senate, what Stephen Miller saw coming,
and the wartime plan to protect
Donald Trump's agenda all the way to 2028?
Real quick thing, guys, if you or some of you
Chapter 11 is on Medicare or turning 65. Chapter offers
If you're new here,
hit subscribe,
it's totally free, it takes
one second, and unlike
the save act, it actually passes,
and if this video earns it by the end, smash the like button
on the way out.
Alright, let's go. So, picture it. Tuesday night.
You're on the couch. Chips in one hand.
Remote in the other. The map on the TV starts out red.
Then a little blue creeps in. Then
a lot of blue. And right around 10 o'clock, the house goes. Damn.
90 minutes later, the Senate, ooh, Iowa,
Ohio, the Carolinas, one after another, guys,
it's like dominoes in a hurricane.
By midnight, the chips are gone, and so is the Senate. And
across the ocean, overseas headlines woke up
Wednesday morning calling it a new era in world
relations. Translation?
The folks who can't stand our border policy,
they just got their favorite kind of news.
And we've still got two races we haven't called, what do we know?
And both of them could go to Democrats,
which just shows you the expansive majority they
may eventually get here.
This is the race in Mississippi,
where Scott Collum right now has about 1,100 vote lead
compared to Republican Cindy Hyde-Smith.
Look at this, though.
He's on pace to match.
The votes that Kamala Harris got from Democrats
and supporters two years ago.
Look how far behind she is, Donald Trump.
All right.
More than 280,000 or so.
A good sign of the lack of Republican turnout
in states across the country.
We go next to Alaska.
It's going to take a few more days here.
The goal of either of these contenders
is to get north of 50 percent to avoid the ranked
choice voting situation.
We'll see if it happens there.
Ed, has the swing state map changed for 2028?
Well, look at this.
The country last night overwhelmingly
went democratic across the country.
And so now you see, let's do this with the governors,
Georgia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan,
Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas.
These are presidential battleground states, potentially.
That's what makes the Texas win especially so incredible,
because now with full democratic
control, it could potentially make this a battleground in 2028.
Now look folks, you're allowed to feel this way,
angry, sick, numb, all three before
breakfast.
Don't even want
to get out of bed, don't even want to go to work tomorrow.
Here's what nobody on cable said out loud,
this did not come out of nowhere, somebody
warned you.
Now rewind 24 hours, Stephen Miller,
he steps up to the microphone and he reads off a list,
He said, to keep producing American energy,
to keep the border secure, to keep violent crime at
record lows, to keep men out of women's sports,
to keep DEI out of our universities, no tax on tips,
no tax on social security, no tax on overtime.
He wasn't reading a wish list. He was reading
a hostage list. President Trump.
Since he came down that golden escalator, has saved America.
He saved America from a corrupt political class.
He saved America from open borders.
He saved America from countries that want
the American way of life to end,
from foreign adversaries, from domestic adversaries.
President Trump took a bullet for you.
He bled for you.
He faced life in prison for you.
And what he needs from you tomorrow is your vote,
your vote to keep producing American energy.
Your vote to keep our borders secure,
your vote to keep crime, violent crime and murder
at all time record lows,
your vote to keep men out of women's sports, to keep DEI out
of our universities, to keep your taxes low,
no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security,
no tax on overtime, and to keep
our military stronger than it's ever been before, to keep
the American dream alive for you and your children.
That is up against a party.
You gave the perfect comparison.
Haley Stevens versus Hassan Piker.
The Democrat Party has said they don't want moderates,
they don't want centrists like
Haley Stevens.
They do want extremists, pro-jihad, America-hating,
9-11-supporting monsters like Hassan Piker.
Do not force your children to grow up in a country ruled
and governed by people like
like Hasan Piker, who literally celebrate the murder.
of innocent americans that is not who we
are as a country that is never who we can become
President Trump loves America. He loves this nation.
And he delivered more for us in two
years than any president has in four or eight years.
Every item was on the table, every single
one. And he told you exactly who was waiting to take it.
The Democratic Party has said they don't
want moderates. Miller warned.
The clip exploded online, shared, reposted, cheered. It went crazy
on X. Now, apparently not enough of it reached Texas.
Here's the hard truth. The man wasn't
He wasn't exaggerating.
He was forecasting.
You already know someone who skipped voting yesterday.
The friend who says politics really isn't my thing,
go ahead and send him this video.
Not to yell at them, just
so that they can actually see what that nap cost the entire
country.
So, let's go ahead and head north.
Michigan, land of the Great Lakes, the Detroit Lions,
and apparently very short memories.
Miller laid it out plain.
On one side, Haley Stevens, the so-called moderate.
On the other side, the guy the Democratic base actually wanted.
They don't want centrists like Haley Stevens.
I mean, this is coming straight from Stephen Miller, folks.
Then he described the alternative in words.
Donald, look, I know you
struggled with my name.
So after J.D. swears me
in in January,
you can just go on and call me Senator.
It's the people who decide who we send to Washington
and what Washington will do.
We decide, not the big money or their stooges,
the people of Michigan will be heard.
We showed that we together,
we can defeat a record $70 million of outside spending,
an 11 to 1 money disadvantage in a primary election,
that we can defeat a quarter
of a billion dollars in a general election.
We can defeat the cynicism of a politics that preys on our earnestness,
undersells our intelligence, and exploits our disagreements.
Tonight, Michigan, we beat a machine.
And we proved once again just how big America really is.
Because where else, where else but in America
can a doctor named Abdurrahman Muhammad Syed,
a child of immigrants raised by his father
and his daughter, the American Revolution stepmother,
get elected senator from America's greatest state?
They tried to confuse you.
So let me just set the record straight.
I love America.
Now picture that Detroit ballroom,
confetti falling, somewhere out in the parking lot
a leftover Haley Stevens bumper sticker
is quietly peeling off of a Subaru.
Democrats spent months telling you
that they're the party of the sensible middle.
Michigan just showed you exactly where the middle went.
It went left. And then Texas.
That's right guys, the state that puts don't mess
with Texas on its highway signs, well,
Somebody did mess with Texas.
James Talarico is headed up to the United States Senate.
Ken Paxton is out.
Talarico stood on stage and said, we defeated Goliath.
In this race, we went up against our own Goliaths.
The richest man in the world,
the most powerful man in the world,
and the entire Washington, D.C. establishment.
David wasn't as big or as strong as Goliath.
He didn't have as many weapons, but he had hope.
He had faith and he had a slingshot.
You were my slingshot.
The people of Texas were my slingshot.
And tonight.
Yeah, they defeated Goliath.
Goliath, guys, that's what they think of you, Texas. Oh,
in Montgomery County,
Election Day reports said turnout was beating 2024. Didn't matter. It's
like bailing out the Titanic with one
of them little red solo cups. So what happened to the
Texas you grew up in? A whole generation raised on TikTok,
scrolling past 10-second videos telling
them that America's the bad guy. Nobody stopped it, guys.
Unfortunately, now they get to vote.
Then Kansas, Kansas, the wheat state, folks.
Adam Hamilton just became the first Democrat Kansas
sent to the Senate since 1932.
Dorothy said that there was no place like home. Well,
she promised it. She never promised it would stay red. But wait,
before you throw your remote across the TV, look south, Florida, folks.
The state of alligators, retirees,
and guys named Chad who wrestle both. Florida stood in
the middle of a blue hurricane like a lighthouse that refused to blink.
Scott Pressler said it on
election day, we want bigger than 24.
Don't slow down, push harder, and Florida did. Ron DeSantis
redrew the map, five districts, Democrats screamed,
and then Florida voters walked in and backed him
up. Democrats even ran hard for the Senate seat.
They came up short. So the next time somebody
Somebody tells you, why bother voting?
It doesn't matter.
Show them, Florida folks.
People actually showed up. America first won. Where people stayed home,
Democrats popped champagne.
This is not a theory, guys. This is a scoreboard.
So the Save America Act, here's the whole thing in one sentence.
Prove you're a citizen before
you vote. That's it, guys. That's the whole bill.
A kindergartner could read it during snack time.
Mike Johnson's house passed it.
Then it hit the Senate and it just sat there like a casserole
at a potluck that nobody wants to touch.
Election day came and the bill was still collecting dust.
Now, a lot of you woke up this morning thinking,
something isn't right. And I hear you. That
feeling is real, folks. So, let's aim it where it counts.
Proof of citizenship, voter ID,
clean voter rolls, real audits,
anywhere that there's a real complaint, Save America Act.
Is it really too much to ask? I don't think so.
You need an ID to buy cold medicine? You would
think picking a senator might rate at least that.
Heck, I got carded buying spray paint one day.
So, let's talk about John Thune.
For two years, the Senate Majority Leader had one favorite
Favorite sentence, five words.
You could set your watch by it.
We don't have the votes.
Save Act?
Oh, don't have the votes.
Filibuster fix.
Don't have the votes.
Lunch order.
Probably don't have the votes on that either.
Lisa Murkowski, Mitch McConnell, Tom Tillis,
the Maybe Next Year Caucus. Oh, and Susan Collins.
30 years in the Senate, folks. Troy Jackson just
handed her a gold watch. Meanwhile,
Chuck Schumer's judges are still out there swinging
injunctions at Trump's agenda like piñata sticks.
But here's the jolt nobody's talking about.
Republicans still run the Senate until January.
So this is two months to confirm judges and pass
So, Senator John Thune got
Got the votes now?
Senator John Thune is suggesting that if the White House thinks
that there are votes to pass the Save America Act,
you should be picking up the phone.
Who are you with?
I'm with the Washington Examiner, sir.
Thank you very much.
Could you be doing more to help that legislation pass?
Well, I do more.
I got three congressmen, maybe four, to send it to the Senate.
We got the vote, as you know, in Congress.
I got a call from Mike Johnson, who's fantastic.
He's a fantastic speaker one of the best I've ever seen
and I think he's gonna go down as one of the best he called
He said we have problems that three or four people. Could you call him?
I call them every one of them after I call them voted
and we got it passed up to the Senate and
I'd certainly be willing. I mean,
he's got four or five people that are very difficult a couple of them
I put out of office. So I understand how it feels.
I mean they're doing the wrong thing
Look who cannot approve voter ID
who cannot approve proof of citizenship?
Who cannot approve funding military when you're winning a war
and when you're supposed to just stop fighting?
We're winning a war by a lot.
We're talking to them right now.
They're willing to do things that they would have never done.
Other presidents should have done this a long time ago.
They say 47, but now it's actually 50 years.
We've been saying 47 for three years.
So it's 50 years.
For 50 years, they should have done it.
But who wouldn't approve voter ID?
And that's photo ID.
Who wouldn't approve proof of citizenship?
And the Democrats don't want it because they cheat.
Let's be honest with each other, guys,
because somebody has to be. Picture a guy in Ohio,
pickup truck, gas pump. He watches the numbers spin and spin and spin.
$50, $60, $70. He squeezes
that handle like it owes him money.
But then he walks inside, buys a gallon of milk, and checks
His blood pressure.
Add a war overseas on every news channel.
Add a Congress that spent two years
naming post office instead of fixing prices. Then add the legacy media,
CNN, MSNBC, MSNBC, MSNow, whoever they are. Doom, gloom.
The sky is falling. They didn't report the news.
They performed a two-year funeral. Was it fair?
Not even close. But enough people bought it.
And some folks figured, well, why bother? That's the
part that really stings. They didn't vote blue.
They just didn't vote. So before anybody declares
the whole movement dead, let's go ahead and pull out the receipts.
Under Joe Biden, roughly 10
million illegal crossings in four years. 10 million.
This is the entire population of Michigan
just strolling across the border with a snack bag.
Now, picture the border at dawn today. Quiet,
Empty, a tumbleweed even rolls by and it looks lost.
17 straight months of zero releases at the border.
New H-1B visas down nearly 90%.
Voluntary departures, they're up 28%.
People are packing their own bags.
This is not a crisis.
This is a policy that's working.
USAID shut down.
The Global Slush Fund is closed for business.
On no tax on tips, waitresses in Arizona and Nevada noticed that.
So do their tip jars.
This is Stephen Miller's architecture.
Brick by brick.
And now, Democrats want a sledgehammer.
So now, here's what Democrats will do with their shiny new gavels.
Picture the Senate rooms on Capitol Hill.
Subpoenas stacked like snowdrifts.
Pete Hegseth, Marco Rubio, J.D. Vance,
expect impeachment talk for anybody who ever shook
hands with Trump.
They'll want hearings on all of it.
Mike Johnson is packing up the Senate Speaker's office.
The new crew is already measuring for
drapes. Next on the menu, the Trump tax cuts.
The filibuster. Oh, and if you want to see where that
road ends, just look at Britain.
High taxes, arrests over social media posts. But here's a
twist for your wallet. Wall Street flinched overnight,
then shrugged it off. Stock futures
bounced back by morning.
Historically, the six months after a midterm have been really good for stocks
Every single time in the last 13.
Turns out a gridlock has a silver lining.
Alright guys, deep breath
because here's what Democrats are not telling you. Congress makes
the laws, but the President of the United States runs
the government. So picture the West Wing
tonight. Lights on, doors locked, a fortress.
Border enforcement? It's run from the executive
branch. Deportations? Executive branch.
The agencies, the hiring, the H-1B rules? Executive
branch. And every bill Democrats send up
Pennsylvania Avenue lands on a desk with a
The veto pen, sitting right on top.
So Democrats won Congress. They didn't win
the keys to the building. And that question that
so many of you keep asking,
why has nobody been held accountable? It's a fair question.
The Justice Department still answers
to this administration for two more years.
No more excuses, guys. Accountability doesn't need a Senate vote.
Stephen Miller didn't build this machine just to park it in the garage.
So where does that leave
you? Right here. The morning after. Coffee still in hand.
Still mad. Good. Stay mad. Just don't
stay home. Because history doesn't end on a Tuesday.
Ask anybody who lived through 2020.
Four years later, the map looked completely different.
2026, it was the warning shot.
2028, that's the real fight.
Oh, and this time, we need fighters, guys. Not the deeply
concerned crowd. Not the, we don't have the votes crowd.
Real fighters from Florida to Arizona to
Nevada. Term limits so that the swamp can't just put down roots.
Fresh faces who actually want to
win. Hold on to your faith, folks. Hold on to your family.
God's been running this show for a lot
longer than CNN. Picture the sun coming up over the Capitol Dome.
They won tonight. We're winning
for a generation. Now, folks, that's the story
that the networks will not tell you. Miller warned
Florida proved him right.
Congratulations to Byron Donald's brand new
First black governor of Florida and the fight's not over, guys.
In fact, it's just getting
started. Oh, and hey, if you'd rather hear
